I'm not too sure, I cut them to size and they fit fine in the shoes, but my feet seem off balance. Maybe they are better with the lesser height option.

As expected and described

Cut to size fit perfect into the shoe, I only used one to level my leg length it is difficult to get your shoe right after because your foot isn’t going to fit fully in and I had to get used to the feeling but work a treat. Excellent quality

Bought these since they were the only insoles I found that gave a height boost and arch support. Bought the 1.5cm version which fit my Nike Air Force 1 Low's quite well if a little tight. Definitely would recommend sizing up your footwear by half a size to one size if you plan to use these.The main reason I'm giving these 3 stars as opposed to 4 or 5 is because they get damaged very easily. After a week the white fabric on the top of the insole came off completely. Over the next two weeks the remaining fabric started wearing away. I've had these for about 6 weeks now and as you can see in the photo they look pretty terrible. Definitely was expecting something better for £10.
