What can I really say about vitamins? They work as intended and they are nice and small.

Perfect for nausea protocol in pregnancy, which calls for 25 mg. All you can find in stores is 100 mg. I started choking on my quarter cut pieces of the 100 mg pills, often making me throw up, completely defeating the purpose. These are easy to swallow and so worth it if you need 25 mg.

These worked fine during pregnancy- i like that they’re 25mg. But unfortunately they taste AWFUL. I didn’t notice luckily until my nausea started getting better.

So I'm currently pregnant with #3 and my first two pregnancies were horrible with morning sickness. Nothing would work. This time around my dr suggested b6 and warned me it needed to be taken daily (something previous doctors who recommended failed to mention) so this time around as soon as I started to get it I started taking these and the difference is night and day. I'm horrible about taking pills and believe me my body let's me know when I forgot to take one. But they are an amazing help and i highly recommend for anyone suffering morning sickness. 3 stars for flavor cause ita a vitamin it really doesnt have a flavor but otherwise 5 stars all around.
