Good yield and delicious but research first
This is about Food to Live Fenugreek Seeds. I got these seeds to sprout and they sprout well with very good yield, leaving few seeds unsprouted. They also sprout easily, with no fuss, and fast, in about 4 days where I am. I found them delicious -- besides the Fenugreek taste there is a mild bean taste, similar to mung bean sprouts. This won't surprise if you know Fenugreek is a member of the bean family Fabaceae. I'll be buying more! That said, if you are unfamiliar with fenugreek you might want to research a bit. I like the taste of fenugreek but if you have never tasted it before so you may want to try it first or order a small quantity to start with. More important, like turmeric and many other herbs fenugreek has medicinal properties. Fenugreek has a long history as an ingredient in traditional medicine and for me the news is mostly good, but it might not be for everyone. A web search for 'fenugreek medicinal properties' or talk with a medical practitioner beforehand could be useful if you feel you might have concerns.

Delicious!
If you grow your own sprouts and have never tried fenugreek, you must give this a whirl. It is much tastier and robust than alfalfa, but not as spicy as radish. Grows so easily and keeps well in the fridge. I grow it every week and make sandwiches for my lunches at work. Everybody drools over how delicious they look as I crunch my healthy sprouts.

Sprouted like champions and tasted great!
Loved how easy these were to sprout. I put a tablespoon of the seeds in a cup of water, soaked them overnight, then poured off the water and rinsed them 2x/day. By day 3, I had delicious sprouts to add to my meals. Love the products from this company.

Seeds came in 1 day as promised.
Seeds look clean. I have not used them as yet. They are guaranteed for over a year. I plan to sprout them.

Happy customer.
To the best of my knowledge, I'm not diabetic. But I've become more sensitive to blood sugar spikes as I age. As a layman on this subject, I'd read that Fenugreek seeds help neutralize them. For me, I've found they do (with this product). Here's what I do: Upon eating (in moderation) carbohydrates, I'll grind a heaping tea-spoon full of the seeds in a designated coffee grinder and put them in a large coffee mug. I'll add boiling water next and let steep: then add a little unsweetened lime juice to balance out the taste. I drink this as a tea without consuming the grounds at the bottom (my preference). I'll repeat this one or two times a day. As this works for me, I'll stick with Fenugreek as a part of my regular routine. In short: I'll buy more of this product from Amazon as the quality/quantity for the money is good.

Works for dry eyes relief, shipping practices not the best
There was a plain white label over some of the writing on the back of the bag. I tried to carefully peel the label off so I could read under it and stopped half way because there was a slit in the bag. No sign of mold or other damage so I kept it, tried a little mixed with oatmeal and no ill affects. I got it to try to help with dry eyes/tear production and either it or the omega3 fish oil capsules I started at the same time or the combination has helped quite a bit. There are a few small twigs and non-chewable things that look like seeds included so chew with caution. 5 pounds is a lot. They have a fairly strong flavor so this might be a life time supply for me. I use 1 teaspoon with a serving of oatmeal.

Great value, nice product
I purchased these to soak and drink as a beverage with honey. Well, I just couldn't drink it that way and enjoy it. I gathered some spices I had and made a hot tea with anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, fresh lemon/TrueLemon, and a pinch of salt to help with the bitterness. I will be trying again with a Tazo Chai tea bag when I don't feel like fussing with spices. Some people prefer dairy instead of lemon, but I never liked milk in tea. I also eat the seeds after they have boiled in liquid, they really don't have any flavor after boiling, so I can add them to almost anything. Once boiled they are soft. This is a big bag and a value. If you are sprouting them, I don't know how long the seeds with be viable to sprout.

I consider my purchase of Fenugreek seeds from Food to Live to be one of the best purchases I have made all year.
Where do I begin? I consider my purchase of Fenugreek seeds from Food to Live to be one of the best purchases I have made all year. My wife has a sugar intolerance, and she was experiencing pain in her feet and legs, as well as lethargy. After a ton of research, we decided that medications were not the answer at this point, so we turned to Fenugreek seeds. A cup of Fenugreek tea twice a day, and within three days, the pain and lethargy has decreased until it was almost non-existent! We were buying the seeds at a health-food store, and they were about $12 a pound! Well, now they do not carry the seeds, and we didn't know where else to go. That was when I found Food to Live's Fenugreek seeds on Amazon. I could not possibly be happier with this purchase. I highly recommend this seller and this product.
