Nice mold.
I have pressed a couple of hard cheeses with this mold and it works pretty good. The only fault I can find is that the unit needs to be carefully balanced when trying to press with any weights.

Works as advertised.
Two gallons of whole milk make a small bit more than this will hold. Nonetheless it works as designed, did not bow or break under pressure.

Fantastic mold for pressing home made cheese
If you make a cheese press, a unit like this mold is perfect. We have goat milk and the quality of cheese we make and eat is the freshest.

Worked well. Held up. Final press was 20 lbs. Edges are sharp and burred where tube was cut... and should be removed... cheesecloth got snagged and tore on every flip during press. Not hard to do myself. Stands approx 5.125” tall and 4.5” inside diameter.

Great Cheese Mold
Works great but wish it had a bottom. I set this inside a rice strainer, and put both on top of a pie plate to catch the whey. It does the job well. The follower allows you to put a 15 oz can on top for weight, which is good enough for farmer's cheese.

Great mold. Very easy to clean as long as you are careful not to scratch it! I have made a dozen pounds of cheese and every one of them goes through this mold. I also combined it with a home-made cheese press. I highly recommend you make one yourself. There is no reason to spend as much money as a pre-made press will cost you.

This one is completely garbage. Better look for other brand
There is no bottom. How I supposed to make cheese with no bottom cheese maker? I have other brands, cost me few more bucks but they have closed bottom to hold the cheese. This one is completely garbage. Better look for other brand
