Placed it right on top of the existing knob center cap with no issues. I know others have removed the existing cap, but I saw no need to do that.The lettering is not as dark as advertised. But it still looks good.

This is a high quality plate that is crazy adhesive. Like, if I wanted to take it off and adjust it shortly after applying it I probably wouldn’t be able to. It looks fantastic and is perfectly sized. If someone didn’t know any better they would think it was a standard option on the truck.

very nice shiny piece that gives character to the console, easy to install just remove the black plastic part with sharp object and install this just how you prefer in any angle you prefer you have one chance so you don’t scratch it by removing to readjust angle

Looks like a factory part, adds a little bling. 4 stars because the letting is lighter than pictured, a bit of a disappointment but still a nice product.

Bought this for my 2018 300 C platinum was a little unsure how it would look. To make it look its best make sure to remove the existing center of the shift knob and then install this one. I tried setting it over the factory one to see how it looked and I was not impressed but after removing the factory center cap off the shift knob and installing this one I was quite happy with the end result.

Great product and good quality. What you need to remember is that it's sideways when you put it into gear.

Easy to install, I actually removed the original one with a small flathead screwdriver and installed this one. The result, good adhesion and a flush finish with the shifter dial just like the factory.

It’s so simple to install and it looks amazing after! Just be sure to practice placing it on the knob before you take the adhesive off. You will definitely not regret this purchase!
