Discovered these at a Hilton hotel. Bought immediately. My favorite part of being in bed is having these pillows. Comfort is everything.Most pillows are too stuffed and stiff or become too flat where you have to fold. Airplane neck pillows are usually more comfortable until you get this kind of pillow.

Very awful. The smell is absolutely heinous (washing doesn’t help), the fill in terms of fluffy/filled is subpar at best, not like the hotel at all, the most flat, and I followed the instructions for proper pillow fluffication! also the pillows came included with 2 king sized cases for my new putrid queen pillows. And now I’m being picky but 60/40 cases? I guess $200 won’t buy you cotton, really poor choice.

Everyone has their own style of pillow they prefer, but for me, there is none better! The pillow is perfection!

These are my husband's favorite pillows. We found them at a hotel we were staying at. He is a side sleeper who likes to "scrunch up " his pillow. These pillows stay fluffy and flexible. These are the third ones I've purchased for him.I haven't had any luck with washing them, so I would recommend a comfortable pillow cover.

I stayed at a Tru by Hilton recently and these were the pillows they used at the hotel. I have been searching and searching for a pillow that I could get a good night's sleep for a long time. I have struggled with pillows not being comfortable and literally fight with them all night long. After staying at the hotel, I came home and researched what pillows Tru by Hilton uses. I ordered these pillows and for the first time in a really long time I actually had a pillow that was comfortable. This is my new forever pillow. My husband tried one. He did not like it because it was too flat. So if you do not like a flat pillow, this would not be for you. For me, I am able to position the pillow beneath my neck and support my head.

After trying numerous pillows over the past couple of years, I finally found the perfect one for me. I actually stayed at a hotel that had this pillow and loved it so much that I checked out the label and ordered 2 of my own. It was definitely more than I would normally spend on pillows, but it was well worth it. They are really comfortable, they mold to however you want for support and easily fluff back to original shape.

Didnt really hold up. Not very firm. Disappointed
