Bought this for my grandmother, the buttons were a winning deal.

Failed
Charged this, added SIM card and ported land line to the one I purchased. Did a recharge before giving it to my 88-year-old sister. But it wouldn't work as a phone, though the flashlight lighted. Took it to AT&T and the greater opened the back, removed and re-inserted the battery and it worked! My sister kept it sitting upright in the charger awaiting incoming calls. Only it reverted to its non-working status; reinstalling the battery failed to make it work again, ever. Poor choice by me trying to assist my sister.

Stupid.
I got this phone for my mother, who is elderly. The instructions are printed in 4 point font on tiny paper. Why would they print instructions so small for a senior citizen who needs big phone buttons and big font on the phone? Stupid.
