Great device and excelled customer support! 3
After just under 12 months of owning this device, I had an issue with it where the air quality started indicating that it was 999μg/m3, and then dropped to 0. It would bounce between either 999 or 0 all day long. Eventually, it just stayed on 999μg/m3 all day. I wrote to Levoit Support and they went through a number of steps to help clean the filter, sensor etc but nothing made any difference. Levoit support shipped out a replacement for me which was great. Their support has been brilliant in helping sort this problem out. Not sure if it was a dodgy sensor or not, but either way, their support was top notch! I've been really happy with the product itself over the last year. I still get quite a lot of dust in the room it's in, but at least it's filtering the majority of it out!

I bought the 200s and 300s, one for my daughters room and the other for ourselves, we have 2 dogs and these are a game changer for the gassy nights, I also smoke, I wouldn't be without a purifier again, and the Levoit are a super device

Great customer support team and good product.
The customer support for Levoitt is exceptionally good.They care for their customers and come up with proper solution.I had to get in touch with the support on an issue with the warranty data and filter, it was resolved by the support team without much hassles.And the product itself is very good. The Auto mode is very quiet yet effective.The unit is small and not an eye sore at all.i would recommend the product.
