Nice cage!
This birdcage is the roomy new home for my Goffin's cockatoo. The cage was delivered in two boxes, making the total weight easier to manage. Assembly of the cage was straightforward, especially with a second person to help hold the biggest pieces together, until they can be attached with screws. Except for the food-catching skirt, the screws went smoothly and solidly into threaded sockets on the connecting cage sections. The food catching skirt was attached with small nuts and bolts. One of the cage bars was slightly bent when I opened the box, but was relatively easy to straighten with a pliers and it has not been a problem. In addition to the front spring latch, there is a back-up piece of metal at the top of the door, which must be held open at the same time the main door latch is pulled back, to ooen the door. My bird is a master at opening cage latches, and this back-up closure has kept her inside the cage, but it is still easy enough for me to take her out. She has now used this cage for almost a month. So far, all of the parts have been fairly easy to wipe clean. The bottom pan and the food-catching skirt are especially smooth and are easily cleared of droppings. The cage came with one long wooden perch and two stainless steel food bowls, along with the hardware necessary to install the food bowls on each side of the cage. There are small doors that can be opened right over each of the food bowls, to make access easy. Overall, this is a nice cage for my medium-sized bird.

My birds love it
Lovely and elegant, the little things have been considered in its design. Relatively easy to assemble, good quality with easy maintenance features. It has numerous doors and bowls, easy to clean trays, and double latch for the entry door to make sure it stays secure. Advise you to get more perches and stronger tools than comes with them. Instructions are typically sketchy but they suffice. The birds are delighted as am I. Thank you.

Beautiful and spacious
This is one heck of a deal. Beautiful and spacious, well designed, and a wonderful home for my Goffin's Cockatoo. The instructions could be much better, but assembly wasn't too difficult. Make sure you order additional perches and toys for your bird. As a cage goes for a bird this size, it is tough to beat.

Do not waste your money!!!!
This is awful. First the directions, if you want to call them that suck. The cage is cheap, flimsy. None of the holes line up correctly. Its bent. If the box wasn't so damaged because UPS dumped in a mud puddle in the rain, I'd send it back. Don't waste your money. If you are dumb like me and buy it, keep in mind its no way big or sturdy enough for the types of birds it says you can use it for. Its also a piece of cake for am escape artist to get out of. Photo of the whole instructions. Yes it was ripped when it got here.

POOR INSTRUCTIONS! BUT NICE CAGE!
I got this cage because is the only one I can find in this size that is not black, and has a curved top making it look elegant, and not so much like a kennel box looking cage. Unfortunately the instructions make me give this cage only 4 stars, which it can be fix by having a video somewhere showing us how to put the cage together, the instructions come in one sheet of paper with very small printing showing you the parts, not showing you how to put it together. Luckily I'm a NASA engineer so it only took me about an hour. Besides this the cage is a good size, but I wish it was wider, they have a picture of the cage with measurements, get your self a measuring tape and picture it first 28x22 I think, so you don't get any surprises after you are done.

The quality is there
Even though I had trouble getting the mccage here, it is the best cage I have ever put together no instructions, but it's so simple that you you can follow app in your own head very, very pleased I'm just going to try to work with the bent parts.

The manufacturer of this cage really thought about the design.
You can feed the bird without him having access to the hands. You can remove the feed cups easily but the bird can not. I removed the door for the nesting box and his bird bath hangs off the side of the cage PERFECT! Every door locks, including the grate and catch tray in the bottom. I would even say this cage is probably big enough to hold Rajah....or a blue and gold macaw....comfortably, provided you paid attention to how you put the perches in it. The seed guards around the bottom don't just rest in slots. It actually has a lip that slides INTO the cage so no cracks for the food that the bird minus lips can scatter everywhere. Really a great well thought out designed cage. I am sure Mickey doesn't think so. He has been sitting up there in the back contemplating life ever since I stuck his fluffy feathered butt in there. Only con is the directions. I believe they were written when this cage went together only using one kind of screw. It does not any more. Big screws go in the cage it's self. Short screws are for the dish rings. Mid-sized screws are for all the latches and somewhere amid all those big screws are two that are just slightly bigger thread width. Those go in the two dishes on the top perch. Those two screws WILL mess you up as you try to assemble this cage if you do not pull them out at the very start. They look so much like the rest of the big screws. You REALLY have to look at them to see which two are those miscellaneous screws. For those people who claim the dishes have to be wiggled to get them out....they do not. Look at the dishes. There is a bevel on them on the side wall. That bevel faces the door when you put them in. If you put them in correctly, no need to wiggle them when they come out. The cage could have more bubble wrap in the box and the bigger box definitely needs thicker cardboard at the ends because the cage was poking threw the box at both ends when it arrived to me. Other than that this is a very well thought out designed cage!
