India Tree Light Muscovado Sugar, 1 lb.

The light muscovado sugar arrived promptly and was well packaged. It was perfectly ready to use and not rock hard. A quality product which I’ll order again.

My product arrived promptly. I did not know what to expect as this was my first time using it. I was genuinely delighted to find this product fresh and worth the price I paid.

I used the product in a recipe for cookies which I was making for a tea. It was a British recipe.

I purchased this back in August, just now opened the original packaging. Poured it into a resealable container to use, when I noticed it is pretty dry and hard, but I and hocked to see there is MOLD????!??? Ewwwww nasty! Totally insane and return window closed in September? Beware of this seller and sugar products! I am staying away from this brand and company

I bought this sugar as it’s an ingredient in a carrot cake I wanted to make. The sugar arrived soft and moist just like brown sugar I get at the grocery store but the flavor was not at all like common brown sugar. The cake has a wonderful rich flavor that I’ve never had before in my carrot cakes. I’ll definitely buy it again.P.S. The recipe can be found in the October 2021 issue of Food Network Magazine, called “Masala-Chai Carrot Cake.” Delish!

Maybe bigger size? Maybe fresher product if possible! The flavor is pretty tasty!

Best brown sugar available. Use it anytime brown sugar is called for in a recipe. Have also used the dark version and it is good in some applications but the light is more versatile.

I now use this instead of light or dark brown sugar for pecan rolls. Seems to make any roll recipe (including frozen store purchased rolls) better because of the more unique and intense molasses flavor. It is our favorite.
