Q: There is no water fill line on our product. Does anyone know how much water should be added for 4 ice balls?

I fill it completely then pour off the excess in the top. I also discovered the ice balls come out better if you clear the old ice in the bottom befor starting again. I run some hot water to dissolve the old ice.

Q: Is there a square mold option you can buy separate for this?

There is a QR code in the package that gives you options for several different shapes
