Delicious 😋 stuff. Great on noodles, rice, chicken, ramen, soups, eggs, I could put it in everything.

It was not what I expected when looking for chili oil they serve with Chinese food. It was awful! Has ginger in it, overpowering everything else in this sauce. Not spicy n flavor if off putting, wouldn’t pair with any food, actually it would mess up flavors of foods u pair it with. Took 3 months to arrive!!!!!!!Misguiding about heat n flavor.

We love this BAILINHOU Sichuan Red Chili Crunch sauce! We like spicy things, but we're not trying to find the hottest thing in the world while on our journey of taste-testing these unique (to us) chili sauces, and this was on the money.Yes, it has heat, but I think most people will be able to handle it. There so much flavor and textures that are hard to describe, so I will just say it has umami qualities, but it has so much more.If you decide to get a jar, be sure to stir it well with a spoon or chopsticks! And if you're not sure what to put it on first, try it in a bowl of ramen noodles - you'll love it!

I can’t get enough of this- I put it on potatoes, noodles, vegetables, tofu… I eat it everyday. As soon as one bottle arrives I order another one. Outstanding.

Would have been better if the package wasn't leaking when delivered.. The product is tasty. A real hassle when Amazon said that the item couldn't be returned. Seems like Amazon fulfillment dropped the ball. A picker should have seen the discolored wrapping before it was sent to me. Seller failure compounded by Amazon slip-up. On balance, I have had experience with this product. Very tasty is you enjoy Sichuan with your noodles.Unbelievable. Please see the photo. I bought this product and decided to buy another for a friend. The item on the left arrived leaking and obviously in an unsaleable condition. I called Amazon’s Customer Service and remonstrated on 2 levels. First, that the product was damaged and leaked in its shipping container. And second, that the picker who shipped the product didn’t see the obvious problem. The Amazon rep was apologetic and refunded my purchase price.Because I wanted to give this business a second chance, I ordered the product again.OMG. It happened again. Stupid me. I should have used the once burned, twice shy adage and stayed away from this company. I’m not going to call Amazon again and simply eat the cost of this mistake. And, incidentally, the product, per Amazon, can’t be returned.

This stuff is absolutely amazing! I've tried it with a couple of different dishes, now and have enjoyed them both. A spoonful mixed into a cup of ramen will make you wonder why you've been doing it wrong all these years! But, my favorite use so far, is mixed into a bowl of pan fried cubed SPAM and rice! A couple of spoonfuls is all it takes to add enough flavor and spiciness to take the dish to the next level!
