bought theses extra batterys for my sons sky viper drone purchased at target. i question the validity of these reviews i can't believe not one of these reviews mentions that the batterys are way bigger than the originals. these are basically two batterys joined together with lots of wrapping. the original is one smooth factory made battery. theses look like they are made in a garage. however, they work great they are definitely better than the original. since they dont fit in the battery compartment i rigged a rubber band to hold it on. it works great!!

Charger works good but the lights can be kind of confusing however they do work. I’ve used the battery in my ski viper drone and works good so far.

great productUPDATE!! After several flights (beware of how high or far away you let it go from the transmitter or it will get away) one of the props lost a screw from the shaft it was mounted in. These screws are super tiny, smaller than even eyeglass screws. Without the screw, the prop will not spin on the shaft... Hence the end of stable flight. TIGHTEN the screws when you open the box and check them regularly as you can't order them from the manufacturer and I gave up trying to find one. But hey, for the price what can you expect as it was a good training item and will help you decide to either by a much more expensive one (plus batteries as flight time is very short) or add it to the scrap toy pile as if you super glue the prop on, which works, it isn't easy to get a replacement on.

It seems to work as it should. However, when the drones are not working, it sorta makes this a moot point. I wouldn't order this until you had a drone and tested it.

I bought 3 of these drones for family members this Christmas. Two of them have been opened at this time and they have had a blast flying them so far. The lights on one of them didn't work correctly but it didn't effect the flying. Wish the battery lasted longer but that's just the way these things are so I ordered a couple of the battery packs. So far they are very pleased so I'm very happy with the National Geographic drones!! It was the perfect gift for my 9 year old grandson & my 40 year old son in law!!

The drone came in time and had all accessories. We decided to test it and unfortunately my husband lost the drone, blown by the wind (probably fell in the woods or river nearby). We looked all weekend and I contacted the customer service and told them the situation, as it was originally a Christmas gift for our foster kid. They were very nice and offered to send us a new body drone! I recommend the product, I haven't tried it but my husband said it is great to fly. The only thing is that it doesn't have a camera.

So far so good-my grandson hasn't had but a day or so to use it-very windy conditions here

The NG drone I ordered works great! It's very simple to use and will be a great gift for my 9 yr old son. The first drone that showed up had a defect with one of the motors, but NG replaced the drone without any trouble at all, excellent customer service! The 4 port charger charged all 3 of my batteries perfectly! I'm very pleased with this product.

The charger works great the only complaint is that the lights don't always go out to indicate that the battery is finished charging so you have to guess by timing it when it's done charging.

Its straight forward how to use it. You just connect the batteries and it will charge and the led red light is lit on which port you plugged in the batteries.Both batteries are tested in my mini airplane rc so I was able to use it properly

The drone I purchased included two batteries only lasting 7 or 8 minutes each which was a bit of a drag considering they take an hour or so to recharge. To solve this problem I purchased this National Geographic charging station with two extra batteries. I now have 4 batteries in total to expand my fun flying time. The batteries work with my Potensic F181DH drone, and the charger works with my Potensic batteries.Very happy with this purchase.
