Various lengths. 540 pins on this wheel size is perfect for maximizing effectiveness, minimizing hair grab, great maneuverability, while still covering enough surface area to take care of business quickly. Wider rollers just don't work as well in all the aforementioned areas. Plus it puts the cost in the right place, sharp titanium pins and a smooth roll. Inexpensive and the best. I bought two other model sizes along with this one, and then two other brands, including one that's 5 times the price of the Koi, and the Koi is functionally the best by far. Pro tip, buy a can of aerosol spray alcohol to quickly sterilize the roller before and after use. Two half second spray bursts covers and saturates the whole wheel. One of a few hair routines out there that really does stimulate growth and thickness, especially with a good topical serum/prescription creams or oils.

Inexpensive easy and fairly painfree way to help with skin issues but no major results like more aggressive treatments. Probably helps a bit though and again, cheap and easy so why not? I was afraid of getting the length I bought (1) but I wish I bought longer for better results.

The Koi Beauty Titanium Microneedle Roller is completely different — it feels solid, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t snag on my skin at all. I started using it twice a week after cleansing my face, followed by my regular serum, and I can already tell a difference. My skin looks brighter and feels smoother, and I’ve noticed my skincare products seem to soak in better. I even think some of my acne scars have softened a little. I do get a bit of redness right after using it, but that’s totally normal and goes away within an hour or so. I always make sure to disinfect it before and after each use.
