Speck iPhone 13 Mini Case - Drop Protection, Wireless Charging Compatible, Clear, Antimicrobial

I have loved Speck cases for years and this is no exception! A very protective case and the color is beautiful in person. I got a great price and would recommend this case to anyone who needs one for their iPhone 13 mini.

I've cheapest out and purchased <$10 cases in the past. They never last more than 6 months before tearing, cracking, etc. I had a Speck case on my S22+ for 2 years, thing never failed, always softened the blow when the phone was dropped, and fit snuggly. I bought a new Speck case when I got my S24+ a few weeks ago, and I expect the same durability. Finally, upon seeing Dad's "cool new case", my daughter asked for one for her iPhone mini for Christmas. It has a cool fuschia fade to it and she loves the look. I love the fact that I know it will help protect her phone from drops and spills, potentially saving me on costly repairs and/or replacements.

I like this case because of the sizable lip around the front of the screen should the phone fall face down. Its plastic isn't too slippery, and it fits very tight so the case won't roll off should it hit the ground. This case packaging says it fits iPhone 13 mini and 12 mini. It fits the 13 mini PERFECTLY - buttons line up, camera cutout, etc.. I also have a 12 mini.. and it fits pretty well but not perfectly. The 13 mini seems to be a hair thicker than the 12 mini, and it appears my version of the case was made for the 13 mini. The 12 mini fits very snugly, but moves around just a hair - maybe 1/32nd of an inch - fore and aft inside the case. Still, I'm keeping it for both my 13 mini and 12 mini because of what I mentioned before - it has the best screen protection of any clear case I've tried, including Spigen Liquid Crystal and Spigen Ultra Hybrid.

I got a new phone and I had to get a case that fitted right. I’ve had a speck clear case for my past phone and it was the best! I dropped my phone too many times but the case kept it untouched. I was able to trade in my phone with no problem thanks to my speck case. The case was also extremely durable after 3 years of use and multiple falls. It never turned yellow. It did have some scratches and the edges turned darker but that was not an issue, it was expected with time and use. Now, this new case for my new phone has been wonderful for the past weeks, I love how there are raised corners so when I place my phone facing up, the camera doesn’t cause unbalance and it protects the lens at the same time. I’m in love with how my phone looks in this case, the green color is beautifully visible through the clear case and it just feels safe! I recommend it 100% and my experience with speck has always been the best.

Very easy to install. Doesn’t add weight to phone. I had the clear case and it lasted about a year. It did get dingy and the charging protection broke quickly but it protected my phone from many falls. I bought the same one in pink this time as the color I wanted was sold out. The pink grew on me. It works great. I drop my phone multiple times a day due to some strength issues in my hands so I need a case that can hold up and protect my phone long term.

I ordered this because I have used this brand before and liked that it’s not supposed to yellow. Like the reviews I read, the buttons on the phone are very hard to press with this case. And the back does scratch easily, Unlike my previous case. On a positive note the case is sturdy, fairly easy to put on the phone, the glitter is subtle and pretty, and a great accent to the beauty of the phone. I researched several brands and compared the positives and negatives and what I wanted for my phone : protection first, visual appeal second, and this case came out on top. I hope the buttons get easier to press with time. It fits the 13 mini perfectly. The raised edges for the front and the camera are great - they extend a little more than another case my husband got for his phone so I feel it’s very protective. There are little bumps on the back corners that levelize and allow the phone to lay flat on its back. I had a similar Speck case on my previous phone and dropped it on concrete and hardwood floors several times and neither the phone or the case was damaged at all, and I expect this one to serve as well . My only complaints are the difficulty with pressing the buttons and it’s easily scratched . I wish Speck had used the same finish on this one as they did on my previous one, and that they offered more designs on the clear covers. I reduced my star rating to 3 because even though the product is sold as not to yellow, it definitely yellows and even turns brown and looks awful around the edges

I love Speck cases. I have always gotten the Grip versions, because I love the tacky ridges, so the phone doesn’t slide on my dashboard, etc. BUT Speck doesn’t seem to make any that fit the iPhone 13 mini. I wanted a clear case, so I settled with this one. Had it for a couple of weeks, and so far good. Nice & clear. Has bumps and ridges that seem to keep it safe during drops. Somewhat tacky for anti-slide, but I still wish it had full grip ridges!
