ECCOMen's Mx Mid Gore-tex Ankle Boot

I have chronic pain in my ankle and Achilles and a high arch, and I often have to wear hiking boots as my daily footwear. These boots help me a ton. I own four pairs. I rarely have foot pain after wearing them all day. They are made so well that I don't need inserts. I use these boots more as a walking and working shoe than a hiker, and the Goretex gets to be a bit stuffy. I wish Ecco had an option of this boot without Goretex. I haven't had any of the ripping or tearing that I see in the customer photos here. On a side note, the low top versions of this boot don't fit my foot as well even though they look almost identical to the boots.

These are the most comfortable shoes,I've ever had! And Ecco shoes are the only ones I purchase as I have several.

I work private security and patrol several properties, and I’ve been wearing these shoes for a couple months now. I have zero complaints. They are comfy and I can stand for hours in them and my feet don’t hurt. I’ve walked in super wet/slushy weather and they kept my feet dry and warm. On hot days my feet don’t get hot, so they also breathe well. The grip is almost too nice. Definitely worth the cost and the wait.

The shoes are light, comfortable, and breathable. They fit true to size. The eyelids part of shoe rubs against ankle when you tighten down laces. I purchased the shoes on July 2023 and they lasted until February 2025.

Great deal! At this price, this is well worth the money you spend, about a year ago I bought these same boots in black for $180.00. They are comfortable and waterproof! Can’t go wrong with this choice……

I have typically wide feet and its to find shoes to begin with, these shoes were actually great for width. My feet were having problems because of the built in arch support. Because it literally caused me pain I wanted to return the shoes. You'd figure that would be easy right? WRONG. These are shipped from Slokvia. If you're in the US it's going to cost me a MINIMUM $80 to get my money back.... I can't return them at any Amazon Fresh stores and they will not pay for it to be shipped. Absolute garbage, don't do what I did. Do NOT BUY THESE SHOES!

Ok, this Ecco boot is a keeper. The fit , feel and comfort is exactly what I was looking for in a work boot. It responds to long periods of standing with superb arch support and cushion. This boot looks sleek and stylish not like other’s space boots. I have worn Ecco soft 7 for years and know the quality it offers. I highly recommend this boot.

Bought the boots for a Europe trip in December. Water proof. good walking boots. Used the boots down to 40 degrees and feet were not cold.
