Battery sub-standard, but just unlucky I think.
Update on my purchase, excellent after purchase customer service.Contacted me regarding my issue with the battery, offered me a refund so I can repurchase another battery, very happy!! Thank you.No longer holding its charge. I followed 1st charging instructions. Only used it 4 times since replacing it. That's 4 full charges & 4 uses. Now only lasts 5 minutes if lucky!!On the original dyson battery plug in charger, the green led light flashes then goes solid when it's fully charged. For some reason with this battery the led light is solid straight away & doesn't flash.Also the official dyson plug in / charger makes a buzzing sound while charging this battery but never did with the dyson battery?
