This was my last ditch effort before considering botox injections! I ordered this product for my incapacitated adult son who has rare-epilepsy induced hyperhydrosis. During daily clusters of seizures, sweat would stream down from his underarms. While he has the natural body odor typical for his age, he also has a distinct odor I've dubbed his "seizure smell." I showered and scrubbed his underarms, but the odor remained. I initially purchased the clinical strength kit which included these pads, underarm shower exfoliation gel, and a round stick of clinical grade deodorant. This product alone works so well that I now only order these pads and regular Carpe deodorant. The underarm exfoliate gel and clinical grade deodorant are no longer necessary. These pads are used every other night. One container has a 30-day supply (15 pads). There's no BO! There's no "seizure smell" or sweat streaming down, even though he still has tons of seizures daily. No more stained shirts! No more pre-soaking or spraying shirts before putting them in the wash. After a full day, I only smell deodorant when I do the "sniff test" with his shirts. I have to apply these for my son. While there is ZERO stickiness, I do feel a dry powdery film on my hands after applying. It's similar to having a small bit of chalk residue on my fingers. I simply rinse my hands and it's gone. There's zero medical-like smell. The pads are thick and durable. I use one per application. I wipe one armpit and simply flip it to wipe the other. The single pad remains completely intact and moist enough to wipe both armpits. Compared to the price, pain, and confusion my son would experience with regular botox injections, I'll purchase this product for my son instead! I literally have no complaints about this product! The price is reasonable for a 30-day supply. The container is thick and preserves the moisture in the pads. There was a coupon taking $3 off a container last month. That was a pleasant surprise! I would recommend trying this product and other Carpe products to anyone experiencing excessive sweat, body odor, and/or hyperhydrosis! Test it out for yourself. Every body is different. Bought these for my niece who struggles with excessive sweating. Sue said they work great especially if you get the deodorant from carpe also.

I like the smell, and they're easy to use, and I love how little residue is noticeable after it dries. However, even if I follow the directions exactly (clean skin, at night at bedtime, every other day) they don't last the full 48 hours. I notice sweat and odor by the end of the 2nd day; it's only just starting, and not noticeable, but still, I was hoping for better. I know things like this can take some time so I'll keep trying and wait and see through another month, but for the price, after one month, it doesn't feel quite worth it.Also don't shave the same day, or the skin gets irritated. I forgot once and shaved the same day, but that was the only time it caused any skin reaction, and I tend to have sensitive skin, so that's overall pretty satisfactory, though it's strange they don't warn you to avoid shaving before application the way other intensive antiperspirants I've tried always warn about.

Only writing this review (usually I only read them...) because I know how frustrating and annoying Hyperhidrosis can be. Influenced my wardrobe choice for years. These pads do work for me. I use them every other night and then the Carpe deodorant stick in the morning. This combo makes a huge difference for me (and my wardrobe choices). I would definitely recommend both the pads and the deodorant. The pads are pretty thick and wet, and I actually use each pad twice (one side one night and then the other side two nights later). This way the quite expensive wipes last me double the time...

I still sweat and makes my armpits itch like crazy
