Bio-Kult Candéa

I’ve been taking Bio-Kult for ten years and whenever I run out of it and stop taking my digestion changes for the worse. It does not contain Maltodextrin!! My advice is to go very slow at first because your body is getting rid of old bacteria in your gut. Take a quarter of a pill for a week then half a pill for a week and if you start to get symptoms that are undesirable, scale back again. You can work your way up to two pills slowly. Some of the die off symptoms experienced when starting are headaches, light red bumps in the form of a rash around the stomach or back area, sleeplessness, change in bowel movements. Stay the course because once you get up to two pills you will notice an increase in energy, acid reflux will resolve itself, better mood overall, and overall health will improve as candida subsides. I have taken Both the regular Bio kult in the orange box and the purple has always been good for me because of my yeast overgrowth tendencies.

I’ve been taking the Biokult probiotic for three years now. I have to take antibiotics twice a day, and I have digestive issues. Biokult works!

This probiotic is one of the best ones I have tried. When you are sluggish it means there is a candea buildup in your system. In thr past I have needed 5 or 6 feom other products. With biokult I only needed one. A 10 thumbs up on this product. It really is superior to many competitors in the probiotic supplement field

I didn't take this for a yeast infection so I cannot say whether it is a good product for that or not. I took this and used it for the last month of my pregnancy to try and ensure I would be negative when tested for group b strep, and I was. I was also negative for my first pregnancy so I cannot say if that was contributed to this probiotic or not. I also wanted to make sure I had healthy vaginal flora for when the baby was born. This is a good price for other candida/vaginal probiotics on the market. I wish it had more strains, as the regular bio kult has 14 and this only has 7. I think this is a great probiotic to take during flu season too because it has the garlic and GSE. My husband and son both got the a bad cold and cough and I never did which I was very happy about because I was so close to giving birth.

They worked for me. I thought I was in good enough shape with my Candida problem to handle them, but the die off made me feel bad. The delay was about 24hrs. So take it on a Friday and then on Sat you might feel some die off. I did not have any other issues arise from use. The packaging was fine and I have taken the regular Bio Kult probiotcs before as well. Update: I had been on an anti-candida diet for some time I only bought the Candea version once. I have bought the regular version 3 times. I have been very happy with them.

Received the product which manufacturing date is Jan 2024. And I checked the probiotics have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. That means it only have 4 months left!!

Bio cult is my favorite pro biotic but these are not my favorite kind. In general they do not really help with my gut health and when you swallow them they taste like garlic powder. I recommend getting the orange kind instead

In my opinion probiotics are the type of product that can be difficult to know if they're actually doing anything. However, after a year of taking them, I can say I have noticed that I'm almost never gassy, and I haven't had any yeast infections. I would typically get a couple of yeast infections a year due to living in a hot climate, but none since taking this product. For these reasons, I continue to take it.
