I am a Physical Therapist who works extensively with injuries to the fingers, hand, wrist and elbow. It is tough to find an affordable solution for the clinic and also one for the patients. Most grippers are way over priced. This unit came in at a very fair price (much cheaper than the catalog grippers) and a price that my patients can afford so they can own their own exerciser for home. The quality is very high and the design is sharp. The elastic individual finger exercisers are amazing. With three different strengths you get a good range for strengthening muscles in the hand that the gripper won't help (the extensors and abductors), the ones that open the hand wide. A trick is if you flip them inside out it multiples to 6 different strengths. A patient showed us this cool trick. The rings are a nice addition and overall this product can't get much better for the price. It works well in the clinic to help rehabilitate our patients and for them to take home in a cool bag for them to use. They love that! I highly recommend this product.

I got this finger and hand strengthener because i deal with aches and pains all day while sitting in front of a computer desk. The last thing i need is to start getting carpal tunnel!The product is awesome. I first thought i only needed one thing to strengthen my hands, until i talked to a physical therapist. She said you can't just strengthen your hands in one direction. What I also like is that there are videos on how to use all the pieces that comes with this. Theres a video for arthritis, carpal tunnel and tennis elbow, and i feel I really learned a lot from them on how to use this properly.Definitely would recommend the hand exerciser wizard to anyone that wants to keep their hands and fingers as strong and ache free as possible.

I see a lot of patients with hand problems such as arthritis, carpal tunnel and general repetitive injuries. I have no problem recommending this product. It has different levels of progression for the finger extenders and the hand strengthener donut shaped tools. That really allows you to progress slowly if you are just starting out, or makes it more challenging for someone that is improving. I like the fact that there are seven pieces. I don't think you need to get anything else when you have this complete set. The only thing I initially thought was an issue was that there were no instructions. But then i got an email with the links to the online training videos. They seem detailed enough for anyone to begin training and exercising their hands and fingers. Great product and great support.

I've been suffering from sore hands and forearms from the daily grind of my desk job. My doctor had recommended that I get a hand exerciser and force myself to take typing breaks to use it. I couldn't decide which one to buy. This set had the best variety. I figured that I would be able to gradually use every piece as my strength improved. After just a week I feel better and stronger with less pain. Compared to others that I looked at this one was the best value.

These are well made, and seem to be a comprehensive exercise system for your hands. The videos are also professional and the Doctor who presents them seems to be for real and knowledgeable. I have pretty nasty arthritis in my hands. These little devices do seem to be making a difference.

Rings are OK, finger bands have tiny finger holes. The plastic gripper is cheaply made and not useful. It's supposed to be able to be used with each finger individually, but can't.

My doctor recommended these to help with wrist and hand pain from working. When I use them regularly it really help. They even sent links how to use them properly, it was very helpful.

The equipment is very basic and not made of quality material. The lettering on the bag began coming off immediately. Everytime I used it I would find letters laying around. However, the reverse grip bands work very well and the grip strengthener does its job for what I need.
