I have a size 11.5 to 12 shoes size and these fit me perfect, actually a little bigger that I need but perfect for me.

Q: I only received three pairs. Who do I contact to received the other three because I paid for six?

That's strange. I received a bundle of six pairs in my order. There was no way to break it down into three pairs unless it was tampered with. Or perhaps a different style of sock was ordered. Call customer service.

Q: I’m a size 9.5. What size should I get?

Me personally I would order size 10, if you dry your socks in the dryer they could shrink up some. I hope this answer is helpful, have a great day.
