Easy setup, works reliably for 1080P displays

Couldn't recognize the cable as a device, so couldn't install the needed driver
I followed the instructions in the description to install the driver, where the USB should be recognized as a device/drive on your computer. I plugged it into my laptop with and without the HDMI end plugged in, and my laptop didn't recognize any new device or drive, even in device manager. I tried my desktop, and also no luck. So without being able to install the driver, the cable doesn't do anything! They should at least provide a link to the driver somewhere in the product description, on the off chance that would fix the issue of the cable not even being recognized as a device!

Not compatible with my Windows 7 Laptop as stated.Vendor did issue a full refund which is much appreciated!
