Q: Are these meant to be given daily or just as needed? Our dog has anxiety all the time with noises and when we leave he gets anxious in his crate.

The directions suggest daily but I only give them to mine when needed....like when a storm in forecast because he's terrified of them.

Q: Would this help with motion sickness in car rides?

The box doesn't mention motion sickness. My female Yorkshire Terrier suffers from motion sickness as well yet I haven't given her anything to remedy that. It's worth a shot. This item is for dogs exhibiting nervousness, hyperactivity, discontentment or responding to environmentally-induced stress. For stress from traveling, hospitalization, moving or other situations that may cause anxiousness. Helps dogs adjust to new environments.
