Q: When powered on, both the blue and the red lights are flashing back and forth, and the headset will not connect. How do I perform a total reset?

This happened to me as well. Headphones stopped connecting; on the iPhone I "forgot" the device. The headphones started blinking blue and red which means they were ready to pair. After powering the headphones off and on a few times, and the iPhone Bluetooth off and on, the headphones showed up in the Other Devices section and paired successfully.

Q: When will these change to usb-c charging?

Great question! Who knows. But 1 thing for sure is, I'm sure it's not as quality a set as the ones with micro c. And to the other person who left an answer, that is absurd 😅. Just 1 more thing to lose. Also, I hate things with micro USB because sooner or later, the port WILL break. Most of the time sooner

I just ordered my third pair. I not only stream shows, I listen to the radio through my phone and I would say that I very possibly spend about 8 to 10 hours a day in my headphones! The beauty of charging this one is that any of my micro USB from various equipment and my other phone work perfectly for keeping this charged! I would think that the only charger complication would be that everything is moved forward to a USB-C, and not a lot of people have micro USB just hanging around anymore. You might check to see if there's anything else that you have that needs to be plugged in and charged, it might have that funny little slightly triangular and on it (which is indicative of a micro USB) As for fit and comfort? I have a smaller skull. This stays fitted without pressing or pinching. Part of my problem is that wireless over the ear was always somehow too big! These are perfect. I have even fallen asleep and woken up with them on!

Q: How long it should be charged?

Charging seems to take at least a few hours, but the red charging light goes out when it is complete. Of course it depends on how low the battery is when you plug it in.
