I’ve waited a bit to write a review about this so I could give an honest review. First off I paid in full for this and it was in no way sponsored by the company. I am not being paid for this review either. As a gamer that has used many types of desks from the basic desk on Amazon to the secret labs magnus pro xl… I have come to enjoy this desk/chair for what it is while also having to get used to a changed style of play. Number one is the customer service! It’s the best customer service you can get. From start to finish they contact me and verified all the details and asked if I wanted a few upgrades. They were communicative and let me know every step of the way. I needed one replacement part shipped out and it was shipped with no issues. It arrived very will packed and was safe from any damage. Unpacking this is a challenge. It required 3 people to lift it from the garage to the room just inside the house from the garage which is where it remained. It’s 600lbs so be sure you have help to get this in. Unboxing it was a bit of a challenge because I had to get all the wood off and find a good way to get it down. This is not a fault of the product but just the logistics of shipping something this large. Once inside the setup was easy though I had to read and look at the setup video a bit to make sure it was all done right. Just watch the video and you’ll get it. It’s not difficult but you will need to watch the setup video. Gaming in this desk chair is a whole other level of immersion. It’s like my world is the simulation and with the Samsung g9 57 inch it makes you move your head from side to side. I did have to readjust the monitor to sit further from my face than I initially had it as it was too close and cause some discomfort almost like wearing a VR headset. Once I adjusted the monitor back a bit that went away. It’s so fun to fly into the black in Elite as it feels like my world is the ship. FPS games also are fun to play on this as it’s right there. Working from this I forget I’m working. I love the comfort and the reclining function. What you do lose though is being able to have an area to write things down or if you keep a cluttered desk you won’t be able to do that with this… It has some areas that I think could be improved but the product is outstanding and I’m very happy with it. That being said do your research before buying something like this. It’s an investment for sure and not easily undone. You cannot simply drop this off at a khols for an Amazon return. Overall I really like the immersion this chair has brought to my experience but I also don’t think it’s for everyone. It has a niche function and is not easy to move it around. I don’t think it’d be ideal for people that move a lot or are in apartments with no elevators. It also different enough that I don’t think everyone would enjoy it. It does immersion well and that is what I got it for. It multi functions as a work desk as well but it’s really designed for next level immersive gaming. I hope this review helps you decide if this is right for you. I’m very happy with this and my wife recently decided she loves it as well and now I don’t get to use it as much because she’s taken over lol. So for all you with partners that have lingering questions…. It has a massage function as an available upgrade… Time to head into the black!

This chair is incredible! To start off, I've had this chair for almost a year now. So this review will cover first impressions as well as what its been like living with it for a while. First, the buying experience: Although I'm usually a compulsive buyer, I did take my time to research a little first. After all, it is an expensive purchase. After settling on this option (best value for money), I decided to jump in and get it. After purchasing, the seller contacted me within 48 hours to confirm my purchase. Someone in shipping sent me photos of the shipping label soon after. Shipping was really pretty quick. Within a matter of days, I was scheduling a delivery date. To be fair, your shipping time may vary. Customer service was amazing! I was texted by customer service before the chair arrived to let me know he was on standby just in case i needed help. He wanted to know when the chair arrived, condition, and was ready to help me in any way I needed. Really amazing. Arrival: The chair arrived in a large crate. It weighed close to 600lbs. I opened the crate to examine the packing and condition. The packing was really well done! everything was wrapped in bubble wrap several times over. I took out all the pieces I could to leave the main chair portion. Its still heavy. I had to hire a couple movers to move the chair to my basement. Once it was down there, it was easy to move as the chair has wheels underneath. This thing is solid for sure!! Assembly: Assembly was straight forward. This chair is solid metal. Components are heavy and sturdy. Everything pieced together very easily with parts to fit different monitor configurations. I have one 49" curved monitor and it works incredibly well in the chair. ***I do recommend you take off the back panel as some of the inside components could have shifted during transport. Living with it: I. Love. This. Chair. The materials used to make this chair are great. The material for the seat is great quality. Very well constructed. I use this chair almost every night and it still looks like the day i got it. It is so comfortable! Zero G gaming is amazing! I'm 5' 11" and have no issues with fitment. X factor: When I show this chair to my friends, minds are blown. It is crazy looking and when they sit in it, they understand it. I highly recommend this chair to anyone that's in the market for something like this. The seller was very reassuring to me. They really put me at ease, considering how much it was. I have no regrets and would buy again!

Have had it for a while now. I like the chair. Some things I would do to improve it would be more padding. Other than that I use it every day all day. This is my favorite chair in the house I game about 12 hours a day from here.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with both the product quality and delivery service. The item exhibits clear poor craftsmanship, and I will be forwarding supporting photographs shortly. The package and its contents had sustained noticeable damage, which I immediately reported to the delivery driver. Rather than properly documenting the issue, he merely made a note on his own personal copy only and failed to provide me with any official record. Additionally, the team left behind the bulky packaging materials for me to dispose of, despite the clear inconvenience.

My business partner does all of our engineering he spends hours on drawings. he complained about sitting at the desk and the hours bent over the key board. Then we came across this chair and bought it and he spends hours in a comfortable position doing all this engineering drawings so this chair is not just for gaming. A must buy if you sit for hours.

My hubby LOVES this video gaming chair!! it is zero gravity and his back problems have all melted away in it. The massage function is like no other.!! And a win-win is that he no longer has his gaming PC in the bedroom so I can sleep!! Woot! Woot! This purchase was the best one we have made in quite some time!

Great chair and great customer service! Had some custom parts made for pennies on the dollar and the chair looks incredible! I'd recommend this to anyone!
