Love this sink. I did not want the touch free of faucet because I feel like they are unreliable, but this touch faucet is exactly what I wanted. It has worked great for us so far and I love not having to use my hand to turn it off and on, especially when I have raw chicken on my hands. I had an issue with the sensor acting up after having it for awhile and reached out to the seller and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this faucet, especially for the price.

I’m very happy with this smart faucet. The touch feature is super practical when your hands are busy or dirty. Installation was easy, and the design is modern and sleek. The water flow is strong and the sensor works perfectly. Definitely an upgrade for any kitchen!

Product worked well and then started turning off when it was supposed to be on and turning on when it was supposed to be off. Tried emailing the support address on instructions but have not heard back. Plan on replacing this for a normal faucet since it seems touch faucets still have a way to go before they work as expected all the time. (Update) Seller sent a message and offered to refund, but I was able to get the faucet working from an answer to the question I posted (just took some repositioning of hose and wires) and so far have not had any further issues with it.

The kitchen faucet breaks, every time you pull it down to wash the sink it sprays the window, your paper towel roll and your shirt. Husband tries to fix it, breaks it clean off with his supper human strength (and NO patience) Then you're tasked to find a new faucet for your He-Man husband to install that's already pissed because he'd rather be working on cars. You just want pretty and functioning. You have no idea about the mechanics. All I hear in the back of my head is - you get what you pay for rarrr rarr rarr. Some of these faucets are hundreds of dollars! I am cheap! but this faucet was not! I love it! It's beautiful and sturdy. Here the next day. Great packaging (doubt he looked at the instructions =) My husband loves it. Easy to install - except his He-man fat fingers lost a screw behind the cabinet (could use an extra) and be sure to have batteries on hand for the sensor! BUT BUY THE FAUCET! **UPDATE - 3 months and I'm eating my words! The hose under the sink leaks and it's not a part you can replace with something from the hardware store. The Seller (xinhuiquhongchangjinshuzhipinyouxiangongsi) can't be contacted - Watch out for that! The window closed for support yesterday! Amazon says not their problem. It's not worth the "I told you so from He-man" DON'T BUY THE FAUCET!!!!

Opted for the touch version for whatever reason and absolutely regret it. This POS never works right. I'll touch it to turn it on and when I pull down the sprayer it turns off. I return the sprayer to the top and it turns on. I pull down the sprayer while off and then it turns on, but while I'm moving it around to spray the sink it'll turn off. Sometimes I'll touch it and it won't turn on at all. Avoid this absolute garbage at all costs.

So we bought another faucet about 3 years ago and it started leaking so we had to get this one. The quality of it is great and I really love the no touch feature it has. Size of it is perfect for our kitchen. The water pressure is great but it wasn’t the easiest for us to install due to our sink. Price point was also really good for the value. The hose is also really long and the sensor is sensitive.

Easy to install, great value compared to my friend's $400 one; mine works just as well, and I love the look of mine. It took a bit for the touch feature to get used to, but now it's very sensitive and works perfectly.

The facet came with good instructions - it was simple to install, and the touch water flow off and on feature works great. I' imptrest with the quality nd value for the price.

DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET!!! If you live in an apartment or condo this faucet might not work (maybe a house too). It's a waste of money, even on sale. After I installed the unit I found out the automatic feature was preventing any hot water flow to other units like the one below me. I live in a very well maintained, top notch condo. The only thing the seller was worried about was covering themselves. They do not care about good customer service. They would not allow a return because it was past the timeline but the building didn't know the issue until they saw the new faucet I installed. You better cross your fingers if you order this faucet!
