This incredible resource has truly transformed my spiritual journey and deepened my relationship with God in ways I never thought possible. Something that I appreciate most about this study book is its emphasis on seeking God's will and actively participating in HIS work. Moreover, the "Experiencing God" study book has fostered a sense of community and accountability. The thoughtfully crafted discussion questions have sparked meaningful conversations within my small group, allowing us to grow together and support one another on our spiritual journeys even over video chat. It has been a source of encouragement and inspiration as we share our experiences and insights. I cannot recommend the "Experiencing God - Bible Study Book with Video Access" enough. It is a powerful tool that has transformed my understanding of God and how I relate to Him. Whether you are a new believer or have been walking with God for years, this study book will ansolutely deepen your faith, ignite a passion for His kingdom, and empower you to experience God in a profound and life-changing way.

This workbook has been very helpful in removing barriers, giving guidelines, and answering questions regarding hearing God's voice, discerning the Holy Spirit, and knowing when to move on what God is telling you. I went through this book with a pastor friend of mine over the Summer and into the Fall, and we finished it in November. Just this past weekend, I met with my pastor and he had some ideas about things to implement in our church and asked me to be involved in some way. It was a big deal for me. While some objections rose in my heart, I knew I could say yes because those objections started to come up in me. I told him that there were some concerns I'd need to discuss with him, but ultimately I was on board. I knew to say yes because of some of the things brought up in the study. We haven't talked specifics yet, however God is moving, and I can not only see it, but I know that He wants me to be a part of it. This material is for Christians who have known Jesus for a time and are a bit more mature in their faith than just having come to faith, as it will be easier to digest for someone who has walked with God for a time. Having said that, please don't let that discourage you from buying the material and looking into it and keeping it for a time when it's right - it's given me a much needed shift in perspective about what it means to walk with God and to live in a healthy manner in my relationship between God and I. I have a better grasp on how God speaks, how He speaks to me, and how He wants me to be involved in His kingdom. I don't agree with everything in the book, but for the majority of it, it's solid. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a better idea of what it means to experience God in their daily lives in a practical yet spiritual manner. Doesn't matter what your denomination or background is - if you believe in Jesus to be your savior and Lord and have a relationship with God through Him and His death, burial and resurrection life, this book is for you!

This review is long overdue! The Lord used this study book and the Protestant Bible 13 years ago, to bring me to my knees in knowing, declaring, experiencing and loving Jesus as my Lord and Savior, as I was coming from a background of being an atheist, agnostic, Catholic, Wiccan and Buddhist. Love all the Blackaby books! Check out the Experiencing God Bible and devotional too! Highly recommend for those who are curious about Christianity and those are strong in faith to strengthen their walk with the Lord in experiencing God, how to hear from Him and act on it. It is also helpful in studying to know how to minister to new believers or those who are seeking to know Jesus. There are not enough stars for me to rave about this book that the Lord has used to change my life! For those who are genuinely seeking to know if Jesus is the son of God and is God- pray (just talking to God aloud or silently in your mind and heart, without a mediator, idols, sacrifices, beads, etc.) and ask the Lord to reveal Himself to you (not like a genie in a bottle in saying "If you do this, then I'll believe"). If He is real, you will gain everything, if He isn't- you'd have nothing to lose anyway! -Jeremiah 29:13 This will be the most life changing experience you will encounter- to know who is Jesus!!! John 3:16, Romans 3:22-26, Romans 6, Ephesians 2:8-9, Proverbs 3:5-6. Praying for you who is reading this... it is not by accident that you are here. You were made with purpose, seen, worthy in Christ, and are deeply loved by God. "I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit" Romans 15:13

Great study to strengthen relationship with the Lord. So powerful and life changing!! Highly recommend.

This study makes one evaluate where they are with God, and how they can become more intimate with God. The videos are encouraging and helpful. Then the lessons take you even deeper.

This has been so transformative! I love the way the book is broken down into units and encourages memorization of verses with each unit. It is laid out really well, leading you on the journey of knowing and loving God.
