Although the product originally came without the adhesives, after approximately 2 weeks they sent me two sets of adhesives. I appreciate them fixing the problem and checking in on me to see how I like the product. It is effective but I guess it depends on how effective you want the screen to be. Anyone sitting to the right or left of me cannot see exactly what I am doing but the screen does not go completely black (depending on the angle from which they are sitting next to you). Also the adhesives were easy to apply but putting the screen on top of the adhesive may be difficult if you do not have steady hands. It is true that once you put the screen on you can't close your laptop but thats a given since you're adding a layer to the screen basically. I would probably recommend this product and repurchase it because the price is decent for the quality. If you look at the photo attached you can see how just effective the screen is.

I bought this product for my Macbook Air because as a college student, I wanted to be able to sit in class and work tasks not relevant to the class without feeling guilty or without other people seeing that I wasn't paying full attention. This screen works great!! It was easy to apply, however I did end up learning that it's not a screen that can be removed and replaced whenever. It can be easily removed, but if you want to put it back you'll have to keep cleaning it. The little glues adhesives are not bad either, you don't really see them on the screen unless you look for them (or unless you remove and put back, then they get dusty and dirty and then you can see them). Great product, but would love to be able to buy a set of more adhesives so I can always have a fresh set!

Screen filter works as advertised, mounting is a total Fail.I followed the instructions to the letter for installing this privacy filter. I cleaned the screen with a microfiber cloth (it's barely a month old macbook) then the tabs were placed as advised and as soon as you attempt to place the screen protector, the tabs fall off. The underlying problem is that the mounting tabs are designed to have the screen filter slide into them. The filter itself is a near perfect fit for the screen with no room for the mounting tabs. What SHOULD have been included in the package was tabs that are an upgrade to plain double stick tape (which after 15 frustrating minutes, I switched to) to mount it. This produce says it's an exact fit for the 13' Macbook Pro, and it is. They just send the wrong mounting tabs to make it work properly.Make sure if you order this to have some 3M double stick tape on hand as you WILL need it.

This is a nice screen cover that is pretty easy to put on and absolutely provides the amount of privacy needed to do work on a plane or in a public area without fear of someone being able to see your private information.I tried both the corner double-sided tape and the plastic "rails" where you can slide the screen on and off and I'd say the tape works best. The rails don't seem to stay on, but there are plenty of "stickies" for the corners.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent Fit. Perfect!!!!!I used 8 stickys. Very strong and clear. 3 along the top, 3 along the bottom, 2 midldle sides and 1 center. I applied the screen from left to right, so that no bubbles formed.Privacy is spot on and highly recommend. This is exactly what i have been looking for in a privacy screen. Ive uploaded some pics and a video of the quality from side to side. If you need a screen buy this one. not the 3m one.

This fits my screen for my 13 inch Macbook Air however what is going on with this little half circle? I'm super bothered by it but now I can't ask for a refund. I've purchased a few of these privacy screens for my other computers and they don't have the little half circle opening. If this bothers you I wouldn't purchase this for your Macbook Air. Bummed I can't get my $24 back now that I've opened it. In regards to visibility, it does do a good job with the privacy.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. One word of caution. It comes with two mounting options. The one I used was transparent adhesive squares that keep the privacy screen attached to the monitor. There are also adhesive 'slides' that would allow the screen to be more removable, but I don't see anyway that this would work on a 13in MBP. There's not enough room to mount in this fashion. If you're planning on doing this (as I originally was) you may be disappointed. With that being said, it works flawlessly despite mounting differently.

The screen itself is decent for privacy, but installing was a nightmare. I tried using the side barriers that I could remove the filter as needed and they were not strong enough to hold up the filter for even a few seconds. Ended up adhering the filter straight to my screen, and thankfully there are multiple adhesives provided so I can replace them when I need to. I would have purchased a removable filter instead of this one.
