I purchased the green lights. They are very bright. You can’t look right at them. I set them in the back window of my truck just to see how they would look through the dark factory tint. I did this in the daytime & they are still easily seen through the window tint. Plenty of flash patterns to choose from.* Things to know about this light: it is made of plastic. If it were dropped onto a hard surface, it would probably shatter into a 1000 pieces. Also, when initially testing this light out for about 20 minutes, I noticed the plastic housing did get a little warm. Nothing that would come close to burn you, but noticeable. For that reason, I will use mine with the vents facing up to better dissipate heat.I will most likely only use mine while my truck is sitting still, not moving. I did not install the flash shield or suction cups so I can’t speak to how well they work. I kept them & put them away in a safe place in case I need them in the future. The flash shield just snaps on, but I don’t know if you could take it off without damage. I did install the metal bracket that came with it. These are things that I thought were worth mentioning. I still gave this 5 stars because the price point is great & it will be fine for my needs. It’s not completely right to compare this to a Federal Signal or other well known company. I have previously bought an Xprite magnet mount round beacon & was impressed with it. That’s why I bought this light & I’m happy with it.Bottom line, if you handle it with care, this might be a good light for you. There’s other versions of this light out there that are a few bucks cheaper. Based on my initial impression, I recommend this Xprite light. They have in no way compensated me & this is as honest a review I can give.

I just got mine a few days ago and will start by echo-ing others; I was not expecting much for such a low cost light. But I was pleasantly surprised! I bought white/white and plan to attach color lenses. I will buy some colored plexiglass or something and cut to fit with a Dremel. (Due to reviews about the dim brightness of other colors. Plus I like the option to have different colors)I have NOT permanently mounted yet, but did setup during the day and they lights were BRIGHT. (Full daylight, direct sunshine) Can been seen for a long distance at night too.Solid all around construction, heavy-duty power cord. Good, sturdy switch/power plug. Plenty of cord to be able to thread out of sight.My dis-likes are the following:1) there is no list of the flash patterns. You have to cycle thru and stare at each one to see what they are..I will try to make a decryption list of all 18 soon.2) as mentioned by others, the bracket and removable shroud do not fit tight to the windshield, allowing distracting flash-back at night.3) the unit does heat up a little bit if it is ON for a while. But that is to be expected.I currently have mine sitting on the dash with some double-stick tape holding it in place (might switch to Velcro). It works perfectly and because the shrould is right against the windshield there is NO flashback. I wouldn't even know it was on of I accidentally hit the switch except for the very nice built-in indicator light.I have some ideas for the bracket to allow for the shroud to sit flush with the windshield, but it will take some serious modification and additional metal pieces.Once I see how this unit holds up over time I definitely plan to buy more (rear deck and possibly side door window)-J

I've had 3 of these for about 6 months. I gave them 5/5 because they are 5/5 for a $25 light.They felt a little cheap but they have held up great. All lights still work, even after they have sat in some extreme heat here in Florida. The lights are nice and bright with a lot of options for flash pattern.The suction cups work great, just make sure you clean your windshield before you try to mount them!The only critique I have is I wish the cables were a little longer, had to use extensions to reach the lights I have mounted in the back since you have to weave it around the cage so the wires aren't exposed in the cage area.Overall these are great little lights for $25. 6 months of flawless use so far.

It’s good and it works and you should know it’s not oversized it fits any standard cigarette lighter you plug it in and the blue lights work. It has different settings. Great product.

This emergency light is nothing short of a hidden treasure when it comes to LED emergency lights. 18 modes! 16 super bright LED's! This light can be seen very clearly in bright sunlight and is blinding bright at night! It should be considered a best buy for what it provides. The unit comes with a lens shield for your front windshield, a bracket that can be screwed to the unit that can be used w/the provided suction cups to adhere it to the windshield or you can use screws with bracket for a more permanent mount. The unit is all plastic and is very light & it comes with a good length of power cord that ends in a cigarette lighter plug of good quality. Overall it feels as inexpensive as it's cost predicts, but don't let that sway you. This is a great light for me so far. Since is has vents in the plastic, it is not a water resistant so it is strictly meant for use inside the vehicle and not outside. My use is going to be on my motorcycle for parade & ride escorts so I will be using Velcro fasteners for easy on/off use for when the weather turns nasty. Make no mistake, this is a great light for a great price just be careful and don't drop it since it's thin plastic and will likely break easily if dropped.

The "blue" strobe light works beautifully !!!! It has several strobe patterns to choose from and also has the memory mode that auto selects the last pattern used, so I don't have to "scan" through the different strobe patterns to get back to the "pattern" I prefer. Very Nice !!!!!
