A little bit goes a long way, it works well, but the scent takes some getting used to.

Good for pain
Balm went on easily. It definitely helped reduce my neck pain, especially when sleeping. While the jar looks small, it will last quite a while as only a little is needed each time.

Worth every red cent! Skip biofreeze and aspercreme this stuff is amazing works wonders and smells greatIt is pricey however I haven’t been this pain free In years

A small amount so use sparingly
I found out that I like the patches better than this little jar. It’s not that much in there so use it sparingly. I used my finger to get out the balm and I think a Q-tip might work better. It does help ease pain in some sore spots.

We swear by Tiger Balm
I take a small jar of Tiger Balm whenever we travel. It has come in handy several times, and we are glad to have the option to buy some in a small space saving jar. It only takes a very small amount of the balm to feel the heat on sore muscles and feel better super quick.

Effective heat
Love this stuff! Has more heat than icy hot or similar brands. But be prepared for a strong, sweet smell. I greatly prefer this smell to other brands on the market though!

Magic! Strong smell, but works. Use a tissue or cotton pad to apply, or seriously scrub your hands after use, or your eyes will burn and your food will taste like it
