Great product. I use lavender and rose and it fills the house with a beautiful smell. Looks great and the water mist is great. I didn't get one of these before because I thought it was steam. It isn't. The mist is cool. You can even stick your face in it and inhale the lovely aroma. Nice choice of light colours, too

I decided to buy this recently as I have one in my family home and my parents had recommended this. I couldn’t be happier. It is a simple yet aesthetically pleasing diffuser that works for all homes/bedrooms and living rooms and works wonderfully. In terms of setting up it took me no more than 10 mins to work out. I had bought my own diffuser oils and 5 to 8 drops were just enough to scent my room which is reasonably large within minutes with the lowest setting for mist. It gives my room a comfortable and cosy feeling especially during the winter months! it is relatively quiet and just enough to hear the water going that is almost soothing so can sleep through easily. I tend to have this on more at night when I am home with the low mist running. The various colours are a bonus and acts as a lamp/night light at the same time and can turn it off during the night. The diffuser also acts as an air purifier/humidifier depending on the oils used (I used eucalyptus scented oil in this case which worked beautifully). It is a very cute addition to your home! I also recommend getting your own oils if you’d like something stronger!

UPDATE: I contacted seller to arrange replacement. They responded within a hour and have arranged a replacement. Great Customer Service! Replacement working so all good. This was a great diffuser, really nice to look at, holds a good amount of liquid and makes the room smell lovely...... However, after 6 weeks it stopped working and smelled of burning. I have requested a replacement so will update my review once I can comment on customer service...

Lovely diffuser, with a nice size tank. Colours are not very vibrant compared to other diffusers I have had but more than adequate in low lighting. Contrary to other reviews the light/mist buttons are embossed with Light and mist. Overall 100% happy.

Good product works very well and is pleasing to the eye

Works great initially and used for a few weeks. Didn't use for a few weeks now it doesnt work. Only bought in October and its totally broken after a few weeks use. Have emailed customer support. Turns on but turns itself off after few seconds without diffusing anything.

I had one of these for 2 years before I had to buy another. The second one was a little different in design but it stopped working within a week. I love the design of this, it looks good and it provides a fabulous mist that is powerful and goes straight up in the air. I would like to get one of these again, but the two I had purchased couldn't be any more different. With these types of diffusers, it truly is hit or miss. Shame.
