Works like a charm! Have yet to find something better! Best value for the money! It lasts an entire month for me. So gentle on my sensitive dry skin, it takes off all my makeup effectively without stripping my skin's natural barrier, leaves absolutely NO residue, no flakiness after, my skin is soft, and is great for any time of day! I recommend using lukewarm to cool water for rinsing. the balm is not icky at all, it feels smooth and pleasant on the face. Please give this company a try!

This is my go to cleansing balm. Doesn’t leave the skin stripped of moisture and truly just melts your makeup off. Takes off stubborn mascara , eyeliner, glitter, and eyebrow product and truly leaves the skin feeling clean and moisturized. Have been using for years and won’t stop anytime soon!

I have combination of dry and oily skin so this product didn't work well for me personally but it could still work well for others. This product is sadly not cruelty free which I didn't realize when I bought it. As far as preformance goes, it was a nice cleanser but I still got blackheads and pimples while using it and the texture on my skin was disappointing. Id say cleansing with a washcloth is the only way you would get sooth skin using this product. It was easy to use with the little scooper that comes with the container and it's a good size container, lasted me a month with me cleansing day and night every day. I wouldn't call it moisturizing but it doesn't dry out your skin either. It feels nice to put on and it doesn't leave a strong residue. It didn't make my eyes or face burn (I have eczema and sensitive skin) so I can tell the ingredients are natural and not irritating for the skin. The container it comes in is super cute and the balm itself wasn't too thick and it was nice and soft. Doesn't have any artificial smells so it kinda just smells like plants.

Oh my goddess, I LOVE this cleansing balm!! I’ve used cleansing balms for 20 years and this is my new favorite. It’s not heavy or drag a little like some can. It feels light and has the most delicate scent. It melts all my makeup (I do not use it to remove mascara though), turns into a milky liquid as soon as water hits it, rinses clean and keeps my skin hydrated. I use it as my first step and follow with a light foaming for a double cleanse. The price is good because you really don’t use much, maybe the size of a flat nickel. I’ll be getting more and will be trying other products from them

Very gentle on the skin. I have sensitive and often have trouble with makeup removals as they slightly burn when used. This one removes extremely well with a single application, followed by an oil cleanser and normal cleanser is a game changer. I have noticed significantly less acne breakouts with this product. Highly recommended!

Je l'adore. Se démaquiller avec se produit est un plaisir car il est gras sans être trop gras. Fond instantanément au contact de la peau et s'étale parfaitement et avec facilité. Décolle le maquillage meme résistant ainsi que les solaires. Ne pique pas les yeux se qui permet de bien instister pour le mascara ou autre . Se rince facilement et laisse la peau douce et bien propre. Pas d'odeur particulière remarqué. Peu de produit nécessaire pour le nettoyage ( à utiliser avec la petite spatule fournie) . Bien plus pratique ( à mon avis) que les huiles demaquillantes car ne coule pas. Non testé avec un mascara waterproof

Would definitely repurchase for the price. Feels lumpier almost like warm/semi-formed wax in the pot compared to more expensive balms but melts quickly on contact with skin into a milk, cleanses nicely without drying out or leaving a residue. No strong scent so my husband uses it too. Skin feels clean and soft afterwards. Doesn't remove waterproof mascara but I don't think it claims to which is fine.
