Flash light work perfect very bright but the focus on the flash light are slightly difficult to adjust but after W-40 it works great. Very bright light be careful not pointing at anyone it is bright as day light focus is good.

This is probably more my fault, but the batteries which are fairly specialized did not come with it.

As a home inspector I rely on flashlights almost every day. This light was not very bright. I would not buy this one again. The batteries only lasted about 10 charges. I could only use it for already well light areas to brighten them partially. I do like other versions of this brand.

Bright light ans it's nice; however, I dropped it from my hand (about three feet from the ground) onto the concrete ground an the lens fell out. I never noticed it until I arrived at work (I'm a security officer) that evening. When it got dark and I needed my light I found the lens was missing. Not ver tactical (durable) but it's bright. Can't find a lens for it but if I could I'd still use this light.

This flashlight works for a long time, and was really effective -- but it suffers from the same long time use issue that the ZX-1XL does.After only about a month of use, I was zooming and suddenly the light emitter module popped out in the lens. This caused the LED to become damaged by the surrounding metal disk that is there to "protect" the emitter, which caused the flashlight to become inoperable.This is the EXACT same thing that happened with the previous model, just zooming sometimes causes the entire inner lens assembly to pop out, which in turn damages the LED and makes the flashlight stop working. I even tried pulling the LED emitter out of the previous model and re-soldering the connections. It's too small and fragile, however, and I couldn't successfully do it.I think I have to recommend against purchasing this flashlight until the build quality improves, which sucks because it's a pretty high lumen light.I just don't want other people to suffer the same fate and have a stack of useless broken flashlights on their counter like I do.

I purchased 2 of these flashlights in October as they looked exactly like another flashlight I've had for a couple of years. Unfortunately, they lasted about 3 months and both of them developed the same problem - some type of short with the battery terminal that turns them off within about 10 seconds of turning on. Cheaply made. Would never buy again. Deserves no stars
