Easy to use with the cap that is comes with. Smells good and is a smooth liquid. Tastes good too. It’s a liquid so I feel it absorbs quickly. NOW is a great and trustworthy company so it’s a quality vitamin. Definitely tell it gives the energy it promises. I just keep it in the refrigerator next to my coffee creamer so I never forget to take it in the morning.

I go for the NOW B-12 liquid when I’m feeling drained or unfocused, and it gives me a gentle boost, not like caffeine, just more awake and clear-headed. The taste isn’t great, kind of syrupy and strong, but I either deal with it or mix it into juice. I like that it kicks in quickly and doesn’t upset my stomach. It’s not life-changing, but if you have low energy like me sometimes, it will help get through those weak days.

One of my favorite supplements as B-vitamins are something many people could benefit from imo. Hard to go wrong with NOW supplements and I have been using this product for about a year now either getting it from a local store (as it's similarly priced) or off of Amazon. Definitely a good option cost and quality wise.

I purposely switched to this to take it sublingually (under your tongue) because it absorbs better. Some nutrients work that way. Look them up. Tastes great. Normally a pill B combo comes out on you urine as very yellow. Again not absorbing as well. This one doesn’t do it. Definitely take it at the start of your day as it energizes you. Pro tip: I take it every single day as too much can make you breakout in acne. Really love the product. REFRIGERATE IT AFTER OPENING!! They need that in bold writing. Love the Now brand.
