Great product to add range to your ab training without sacrificing spinal position, pad height is perfect enough without hyperextending your spine and lower back.. by adding a slight arch gives u added extension which equals to a better flexion and contraction of the mid section.. when i added this pad to my training it made me connect better and engage my lower abdominal muscles without focusing on any specific lower ab work.. great buy to step up and progress your ab training

Simply put, this meets my needs. It serves as a situp mat and as a mat for box squats. Quality seems fine so far - I've had it for less than a year, but looks like it will hold up well.

This product works great. I have been using it for the past few weeks and absolutely love it. Personally with the corona virus and social distancing I have not been able to go to the gym. Instead I have been using this as a substitute. J love it for sit-ups. It gets rid of the pain I feel in my lower back when doing sit ups on the ground. The reason this down not have 5 stars is that it does come a little stiff right out of the box. After breaking it in a little it will work a lot better and conform to you body. Overall a very good product and would recommend.

I wanted to use one and I have used it rarely. Support of back seems fine. What you see is what you get. There are some exercises/movements listed in back; nice but I’ve not really used any. I’m an adult male and its size is sufficient.

Sturdy and affordable. On the bottom, it showed examples of different exercises you can do with the mat too, which was helpful.

This was considerably less expensive than the branded AbMat and seems to work fine for me. Some reviews said was too stiff or other complaints but seemed fine to me (have nothing to compare it to). The little booklet that came with it wasn't very helpful and some online videos aren't clear (or are wrong) about the way to use it (i.e. that the wider end goes under your low back). I haven't had it for long so cannot comment on how it will hold up but it is for home use so I don't expect a problem.
