My title says it all. After trying multiple products to reduce my urinary urgency this worked. Plus it worked at a much better price! As I type this I can’t purchase more because…who knows the reason but it’s out of stock. I’ve been using for more than a year.

psa results 7/2017 1.88 2/2020 2.29 2/2022 2.38 6/2023 3.51 free psa 13% which rang a bell, I knew that i was heading towards a prostate ca. found pomi-t while browsing the net. took it twice a day for 4 months and retested. down by 20% it is 2.7 now with the free psa up to 18%. couldn’t be happier, will keep doing the same. I don't put a lot of credence in most supplements but this one has proven to be effective. After PSA levels rose from 4 to 10 in the course of a year I was very concerned. Prostate biopsy came up negative but I still was looking for relief from symptoms. After taking this supplement for over a year I recently had a PSA test and my levels went from 10 down to 5.8 so it has definitely improved my situation. Highly recommended.

Sometimes it is hard to tell if a supplement is doing a good job when you have only been using it for a short time. I am liking this supplement and I am pretty sure it is making a difference.

There have been several peer reviewed studies on this product's ability to slow down the progression of prostate cancer as well as slow down the rate of PSA increase overall. A family member of mine with prostate cancer has used this successfully to reduce PSA and increase his PSADT (i.e. slow down the rate of PSA rise) while he is on active surveillance. There have also been follow up studies showing that the reduced PSADT in the study correlated with positive progress on MRIs on the individuals who participated in the study too (i.e. MRIs showed lack of progression). Would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to improve their prostate health especially given how affordable it is.
