They are small. The kind you probably had as a kid. I would say less than two inches. Honestly, I should have just run to the Dollar store and gotten some. It would have been cheaper, but I was pressed for time. I was using them as decorations for the top of a cake.

I bought these for my grandson a year ago when he was 6 years old and he loved them and he still plays with them. You get both colors so the and my men can battle each other. My grandson lives in a different state, but about 2 inches sounds right when he showed me on video chat.
