Useless. Doesn’t detect or read bios chip on mid 2010 iMac motherboard.
I can’t get this thing to read or detect correctly my mid 2010 iMac bios chip MX25L3205D in order to flash it. The chip is listed as supported it doesn’t detect the correct chip or read it. It constantly either comes back with “No chip” or “Chip empty” when using the test clip. I don’t want to solder the chip off. It’s supposed to be able to read and detect this chip. Disappointed by this product. I will have to return it and try a Ch341one instead.
