Handheld Relaxation Device, Compact Device, Massage Improves Mood and Focuses Attention, Supports Calmness, Small and Easy to Carry

I am able to simply hold the gadget in my hand due to its small size, which makes it quite convenient to take anywhere. A further advantage of its design is that it is lightweight, which enables me to bring it along with me wherever my travels may take me. Simply pressing a button is all that is required to achieve relaxation and enhanced sleep quality, thanks to the straightforward nature of its functioning. The peaceful feeling that is produced by the mild vibrations helps to melt away the stress that has built up over the day. As the massage helps me feel more relaxed and ready to sleep, I find that I am able to enter a state of peace, which in turn considerably improves the quality of my sleep. Not only does the capability of the gadget to encourage relaxation lead to a better night's sleep, but it also has a great influence on my general well-being. By making it easier for me to have a more comfortable sleep, I am able to wake up feeling refreshed and prepared to tackle the difficulties that lie ahead. This gadget has become an essential component of my self-care regimen as a result of the carryover impact it has had on my daily alertness, which has been a very pleasant benefit.

Zero stars - This product shocked me multiple times. Does not work as description states. No calming effect, literally hurt my hand the moment I turned it on

Good product. Was a little to harsh for me I am more sensitive to the electricity shocks of these units but my daughter absolutely loves using it with her anxiety attacks.

I was skeptical at first, but now I can’t live without it. You hold it in your palm with the round node touching the skin and it creates subtle electrical pulses. There are five levels of electricity and anything over 2 or 3 will actually energize you. The instructions aren’t very detailed, so at first I thought the higher the level the faster it would put me to sleep, and that is NOT the case. To help me fall asleep I always use the lowest setting, which is so low I usually don’t even feel the electrical pulsing, it is very subtle. You don’t need to feel it for it to work. The other levels are strong and keep me awake, and now I sometimes use the higher levels in the morning when I’m trying to become alert. I have been using this device for several weeks now, and it has completely changed my life. I’ve struggled falling asleep for the past year, usually just lying there awake because my brain won’t stop thinking. It surprises me how it could work, but this device does relax me, usually very noticeably. I continue to hold it in my hand until I fall asleep. It takes a very long button press to turn it on or off, but just pressing the Minus ( - ) button will reset the 20-minute timer. I like to read a little in bed before I sleep, and I use the device while reading which does help to relax me. The battery lasts a very long time, and the instructions say it lasts for 50 twenty minute sessions. Another thing is that there have been a few times that I forgot to use it, and after laying awake for 15 minutes I realize I don’t have the device, and each time it immediately relaxes me enough that I doze off before I know it. I ordered another one of these for my mom and it works for her too. We’ve noticed that it doesn’t work as well for either of us the night before a big event or a travel day. Any time where I am much more anxious at night than a normal day, it doesn’t put me to sleep like the other average days — which I would be surprised if it did. But she has struggled with good sleep for years and she now uses this every night too.

My kiddo loves sleeping with this, don't know if it helps his sleep but he always wants to hold it all night. Major design flaw when it turns off after 20min it BEEPS sooooo loud! Why would you make something that is supposed to zen you out that beeps and wakes you up or startles you!?

You can't review it without giving it at least one star, but it doesn't deserve any. The instructions are sketchy. The design hides the control buttons, you need keen sight and strong light to see them. Tried it for 3 nights and it didn't help me sleep. I was tired and drowsy turned on the device and got in bed. After 1 1/2 hours I was still awake so put it on the shelf. It apparently turns itself off after 15-20 minutes, I had to keep turning it back on. A waste of money.

The device is a comfortable size for my smallish (adult female) hands, and the pulses, once the settings are adjusted so you can sense them, feel rather pleasant. However, the "low" speed pulses at approximately 120 beats per minute (bpm), which is far too fast to help me relax and sleep. (I was imagining it would be something more like a resting heart rate, perhaps 60 - 80bpm.) The high speed is so fast as to be almost uncountable but is roughly 180bpm or more. I have not tried the device for anything other than sleep. It might work to help "activate" the brain, but I think at those speeds, it would just make me anxious. I believe if a lower speed were available, this might work to help with sleeping but as it is, it does nothing for me.

Vraiment déçu. Le produit se décharge très rapidement. Plus de charge après 15 minutes d’utilisation après l’avoir chargé pendant une journée entière. Je n’ai même pas eu chance de savoir si le produit aide au sommeil et l’anxiété. Très déçu
