This stuff is amazing and I'm pleasantly shocked by how well it works. A friend happened to tear an article out of magazine for me that featured 10 non-pharma was to reduce your blood pressure - Gokshura (a.k.a. Tribulus Terrestris) was one of the suggestions. I googled the study that it was based on (you can find it on the NCBI), where they found that 3g/day of this reduced bp by 15 points on average. Bought this and started taking 2 pills, twice a day (which is a total of 1600 mg... i.e. just over half the dosage that was in the study - figured I'd start lower and then work up if needed). Been on it about a week and bp has dropped 10-15 points. I'm pleasantly, wonderfully, shocked. No idea about the other claims about this stuff regarding libido etc, but definitely has great effect on bp, at least for me.
