Tried every thing 3X, the bug part wouldnt do anything, not even turn on.

The media could not be loaded. I probably spent too much time fooling around with this Tipmant Infrared RC bug, but I initially bought it thinking my dog would enjoy it. You can see in my attached video that he is NOT amused with me or my bug, so I guess I was wrong. Anyway, this is a nicely painted and detailed toy, and it’s fun, but it’s flimsy and cheap and stopped working a week after I got it. It takes three AA sized batteries to operate the infrared remote control puck and the batteries also charge the bug via a pull out wire hidden in the remote controller. Pretty cool. This company makes a ton of different kinds of RC bugs and I looked at them online. They all seemed really interesting, and I think it’s a really unique use of the RC vehicle idea. However, I cannot give a buy recommendation as the charging wire is far too flimsy for repeated use and like I said, mine stopped being able to charge the bug after a week. I would get a charging light, but the bug wouldn’t charge enough to operate and if I moved the wire the charging light blinked indicating a short. I loved it and the idea, but it didn’t live up to my expectations.

Ive charged this thing so many times and my kid loves this dang thing but it doesn’t work but for just a bit and stops again. Not worth the tears from my kid not being able to play with it. Don’t waste your money

Doesnt do well on carpet. Looks cool

Cheaply made. Barely worked and now it’s broken. Would not recommend for younger children.
