But I was looking for an easy product that would provide a bit more zip in my pre workout regimen.I actually look forward to taking this pleasant tasting product and the amino acid formula provides just the kick I needed without any nasty aftertaste or caffeine overload.

I disliked the flavor as it didn’t taste like what was represented. Very difficulty to swallow and the amount I ingested caused an allergic reaction.
