It’s super good after a little airing out
I love this dirt I usually buy three at a time. I do let it sit a few days and it taste so good. I literally at my last bag in like a week so good and crunchy. And it actually doesn’t make me constipated , it actually helps me to have a movement and I suffer with constipation on my own. It doesn’t even necessarily need to be cooked but if you want extra extra crunchy you could but definitely just open the big slightly and let is sit will do it justice and you won’t be able to put it down. I use to love the super small pieces but I like the middle size pieces that you can chew and fill your whole mouth. It satisfy the craving perfectly. This the only clay dirt I order, the shipping fee is a little an expensive but it’s worth it to me cause I love it. That’s why I usually buy three at a time , I’ve thought about the boulders but just haven’t ordered that size yet. I do recommend if you are a true clay dirt eatier.

Don't believe all the comments.
The media could not be loaded. I was really excited about getting this product because of the comments everyone was saying that it tasted great, it was an awesome product. So when I received mine a week after I ordered it. I decided to try it out as you can see in the video towards the end of the video when I'm holding the bigger piece there's a lot of shine to it that's glass there was one other person in the comments that had mentioned glass being in the chalk and when I got mine that's the 1st thing I checked for and sure enough there was glass in it. So this is not edible I wouldn't advise anyone to eat it. I did taste mine it did not taste great it had a very chemical taste to it, it wasn't that earthy at all. As soon as you bite into it,it melts very quickly it has is a very creamy consistency to it but it does not taste good at all. I will not be purchasing this product again.

Give it a chance
I’ve been eating clay dirt from Alabama since I was little. I love the earthy flavor of it. I decided to try grandma’s white dirt because I ran out of the bag from Alabama, and now live in Texas where this clay is not available in any stores I’ve been in. When it first arrived, I was highly disappointed at the taste. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. You HAVE to let this dirt air out to get that sweet earth flavor. I put a couple chunks of it in a sandwich bag and left the bag open on my kitchen table. The longer it airs out, the better it tastes. It took about a week for it to get the way I like it, and I love it. Side note: remember that clay absorbs whatever is around it. If you have it sitting next to perfume, it’s going to literally taste like perfume. If you leave it next to deodorant, it’s going to taste like that. Air it out somewhere in a general area by itself. I’ve also found that it tastes better if you crush it up almost like powder and put a little in your mouth at a time. It tastes chalky if you eat big bites. I’ve seen some reviews that said they threw it out because of how it tasted when they first got it. Air it out for a week or two before you decide whether or not you like it.

Buy at own risk
First, I need to say that it is very unfair to give a negative review just because you didn't like this dirt. We are all different and we all have different taste buds, what is good to me, might not be good to you. You really have to buy this and discover for yourself if the taste satisfies you. As for me, this is the first dirt I have ever purchased to consume so I really don't have nothing to compare to. All I know, dealing with PICA, I was craving something earthy and crunchy, especially crunchy. I took my first bite right after I opened my package. Crunchy for a quick second but not earthy at all. The dirt quickly melted in my mouth and became gummy and got stuck to my teeth, and I have braces so it was worse. I had to brush my teeth twice to get it all out. So, I baked it like others recommend and let it sit out, after that. The taste was better, earthy but not as much as I would have liked. The crunch lasted just a tad bit longer, but I wanted more. And again, it melted in my mouth and became gummy. This dirt is very creamy, which is not something I'm looking for, I wanted something more gritty I guess. But I would have not known that before trying this dirt, because like I said, it's my first time eating this. So if you don't mind taking a risk, and spending the money... go for it, you might like it. It really is a hit or miss. If it is a hit for you, then you will be happy because the seller does give you a full bag. I won't be buying again because it's not for me.

Best White Clay: Real Kaolin
Don’t order any other White clay except Georgia White clay which is Kaolin. Kaolin doesn’t have a very earthy taste. Kaolin Tastes more like clay They also fill the bag up just like the photo with 1 full pound. But as the other reviewers said, it’s good right out the bag. No perfume taste like some of the others. But it’s even better if you sprinkle a little pink salt and store the bag away in a paper sack or cardboard box or wooden drawer, etc for few days. It has perfect crunch for pics cravings and gets smooth in your mouth. But love how it’s still firm. Not gritty at all. Stick to this brand or you can also Google Kaolin clay chunks, Mutt Jeff etc.
