easily installed, even if you didn't have any of the required tools it comes with everything you might need, i.e., a small Phillips head and some you might not strictly need (but are nice to have), like a part puller/pry tool. It was our to work within 30 minutes of delivery of daily, nearly non-stop use for almost 6 months now and it's worked perfectly throughout, without hiccups or even so much as a peep. Fit is perfect, matching OEM detail for detail and the noise level is the same or potentially even less than OEM. Same for its temperature control capability. At the price, it's hard to recommend any other over this one

Plug and Play
I purchased this to replace an oem fan in my NUC as the factory fan had failed. The plug was a perfect fit, and it works flawlessly and runs just as quiet as the OEM fan. Perfect for your needs!

Good enough
It's a fan. It runs. Can't know how long it will last until it dies, but it's not as quiet as I was hoping. It didn't include the two screws that the original fan had retainer clips for, but I hadn't tossed them yet. The fit wasn't quite perfect, but close enough.

Fan Failed in just over 2 months
Fan worked fine for a few months. But then my Intel Nuc started to act up. Processes were failing. After some tinkering, I figured out the thing was running too hot and causing the M2 drive to fail. Checked the fan and realized it just wasn't working anymore. Took it out and it seems the ball bearings are seized. Blade does not rotate freely anymore. Put the old fan back in until I can get a different one. Would not recommend this fan as a replacement.
