Used to re-wrap my cats’ scratching posts. They look so much better now!

Refurbishing my kitty condo proved to be an excellent decision. After acquiring a couple of newer cat trees, it became evident that my oldest tree was the most durable of them all. It was more practical to replace the sisal rope rather than repeatedly purchase newer kitty towers that failed to serve their purpose effectively. This sisal rope has proved durable for my multiple, rambunctious, cat household.

I have purchased quantities of this sisal numerous times to refurbish my cats’ scratching posts and cat trees over the years. It is easy to work with and virtually odor-free which is essential in my book. It is an excellent product which I will continue to buy and recommend. Would love to see it come in longer lengths such as 75-100 feet.

I was able to replace two entire cat scratchers with this rope and still had a bit left over! Super good amount for the price! The reason I give it 4 stars is because my cat doesn’t seem to like this rope as much as smaller sisal rope and so she hasn’t used the cat scratchers I replaced with this one, but if she changes her mind I will change it to 5 stars.

i have some 4 ft scratching posts that no one makes anymore, and they are very popular with the beasts. its time consuming, and you need to wear gloves, but it does the job and the wee monsters are satisfied with the results. sisal twine is much better than hemp for this purpose, since the hemp tends to stretch and the sisal does not.

Glued it on my cat tree to replace the worn-out scratchers; however one wasn't enough so had to get another one. Good and sturdy rope!

I used this to replace busted up rope on a cat tree. It's holding up great and the cats seem to like it so calling this a win.
