I was very impressed at the fact when I received the product and it had leaked, they replaced it ultra fast. As for the Quantum Clarifying Shampoo, it's the best I have found to use just prior to coloring hair. Have used it for several years and like.

Leaking bottle
I’ve never seen a product without a seal on it. Bottle was leaking everywhere since it was not fully sealed. I would like the amount that I paid for but obviously I’m getting shortchanged.
