These are very impressive. The muffins do not dry out. I peel the molds when the muffins are cooled then wash them by hand to store or use again. I would highly recommend them. I have two sizes and am very happy with both.

So far we've just used these to play, but the color and texture are so nice. They're great for sorting colored items to practice colors and counting. 3 inch pom poms or ball pit balls fit perfectly inside for pretend cupcakes.

I have another similar set of the silicone muffin cups that is smaller and decided to buy this set of larger ones. Prior to buying this set and the other I have, I found previous sets to be too flimsy, and everything stuck to them. This isn't the case with these silicone muffin cups, although, depending on what you are baking or cooking, spritzing them with Pam or olive oil will often make cleanup much easier. Soaking them in warm water, soapy water also helps for some foods. In addition, an old toothbrush is very helpful to remove any food that may stick in the grooves of the cups. So, why do I love these silicone baking cups? 1) They are a larger size than many and more useful for some recipes. 2) You don't need a muffin tin or paper liners to use them. They are thick enough to hold up during cooking without using a muffin tin. I put them on a tin foil lined cookie sheet to eliminate cleanup of any runover or dripping on the pan when filling, 3) Although cleaning them is pretty easy since most foods don't stick, using a cooking spray helps to prevent sticking and an old toothbrush easily removed any food that sticks in the crevices. 4) In addition to using them in the oven for the obvious muffins and cupcakes, you can float them in a pan of boiling water to make poached eggs or use them in the microwave oven to make a quick breakfast egg cup with onions, cut peppers and cheese or other ingredients of your choice. 5) Since these silicone muffin/cupcake cups can be used in the oven, the microwave, and in boiling water, the uses for them are limited only by your imagination. I hope I have given you some good ideas and hope this review was helpful for you,

I've used these for cupcakes and muffins and they worked well. I actually sat them on top of a muffin pan (you could use a cookie sheet, also), because I only had 12 muffin wells, and the recipe made 15 muffins. They peel off the muffins fine, clean up fine. I bought these for "overflow" recipes and because sometimes I can't find the paper large sized muffin papers in the store. Now I save the paper holders for cupcakes I have to take somewhere and use these at home.

Perfect for larger scones, cornbread and brownies. Stays fresher longer when you save leftovers in the silicone cups rather than using a square cake pan.
