So far is is very nice.
The Tx is the best part so far. I was a little concerned that the size of the screen would seem too small, but I found it adequate and it was less work than working with a phone or tablet. The build quality of the aircraft seems good. I did not like the price, but it is a working tool for me so getting the CINE version made sense. Update: Excellent video quality and range. The only negative was grass blades damagged a propeller. Lesson learned. I got a landing pad to avoid that happening again.

This one is serious
I am still trying to figure out where to begin talking about the Mavic 3. I own a few drones, and the Mavic 3 Cine has become my sweetheart/go-to drone. It forced me to upgrade to a maxed-out Macbook Pro, but it, too, is well worth it. There are so many things to love about how it dominates the industry. It is like having the Inspire 2 shrunk to a portable Mavic 2 on steroids. I love the speed of the setup since the monitor is built into the controller. The controller is also super bright and easy to see, even in direct sunlight. I wouldn't say I liked the reflectiveness of using the iPad in an otter box, as this was my setup with the Mavic 2. And the minute I decided I would use it without the otter box case, I cracked the screen on my iPad during transport overseas. The price tag is hefty, but if you have the resources, you will not be disappointed in any way whatsoever. I also ordered an additional battery because I thought the kit only came with two batteries, but now I have four because there are 3 in the kit. That is approximately 45 minutes per battery. I also love this carrying case and the fact that it quickly converts to a backpack, making hikes that much easier. I also got the opportunity to utilize the ND filters. Excellent setup and is easy to switch out.

READ THIS REVIEW CAREFULLY!!
The number one problem with this drone is the inability to easily transfer video to an iPhone, social media or an individual. Let’s face it , the purpose of spending over $5000 for a great drone that shoots great video is NOT to keep the video on the drone. It is to disseminate this video to a client, social media ,or an individual. The point is the ability to “easily” share the video. This is where this product fails. First, it comes with no instructions as to how to transmit video. When you call DJI you get a series of individuals who want to help but don’t know what in the world they are doing, or what they are talking about. They are clueless as to their product. They repeatedly put you on hold while they stop to research or get the answers. You come away from each phone call frustrated and not knowing any more than you did when you picked up the phone to call DJI. In my first week of having the drone I made 42 phone calls to DJI to try to get clarification as to the cables, which were included with the product, and how to use the cables to connect to my computer or iPhone to transmit the video. No one was able to help in anyway. I watched 58 videos on YouTube to try to get the answer on my own. All to no avail. There are actually professional drone photographers on YouTube who cannot find ways to transmit the video as well. In several videos that I watched on YouTube there are very experienced drone flyers and drone photographers who said they simply could not get the video to transmit wirelessly either. They sought numerous workarounds also, All to no avail. If people with this level of experience could not get it to work, I, as a weekend hobbyist, did not stand a chance. The bottom line is this -who wants to spend over $5000 for a drone to capture a video that is stuck on the drone or the smart RC controller. It is a logistical nightmare ,an impossibility in most cases, to get this video off of either the aircraft or the smart RC controller , easily and repeatedly, to other sources, i.e., social media, iPhone or smart TV for viewing. I Purchased this drone under the assumption that you could easily transmit the video photographed on the drone like you would photograph and transmit video on an iPhone. You can shoot video on an iPhone/ iPad and transmit it to someone else in a matter of seconds. THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN IF YOU PURCHASE THIS DRONE, buyer beware! As for the drone itself it flies very well, it’s very stable in windy conditions and overall is a great drone. I have no problem with the fly-ability of the drone. I’ve never had any accidents with it , it is a great flying drone. Once DJI makes technological improvements to the drone where you can capture and send video easily and smoothly like Apple products I will reconsider purchase, until DJI gets the technology to that point I wouldn’t touch this thing with a 10 foot pole.

After the update, ADS-B notifications do not work.
I have owned and currently own many DJI products (FW 550, S900, Mavic 1, Mavic 2, etc.). The Mavic 3 is by far the worst product they have introduced. The firmware is half baked (and that is being generous). The Mavic 3 does not support many important features that the Mavic 1 and 2 support. Here is a list of the shortcomings of the Mavic 3. 1. No waypoints or SDK support. This means you can't use third party software to waypoints. This capability is a must for people who take on jobs like documenting a construction project. 2. No zooming between 4x and 7x. You have continuous zooming (digital) from 1x - 4x and 7x - 28x but nothing between 4x and 7x. 3. No goggle support 4. No raw video HDMI support. The Smart Controller does have HDMI out but there is no way to just output the video stream from the camera. Basically making the HDMI feed useless for live video feeds for FaceBook or live news. 5. You cannot use the Go4 app, you must use the app that is used for the much lower end drones. 6. You cannot transfer files from the internal SSD to a removable micro SD card. 7. The controller that ships with the non Cine model is horrible. No display on it to see things like battery life and no scroll wheel to do zooming and simultaneously adjust the gimbal. 8 They advertise 46 minute battery life under ideal situations. In my tests I found it to be around 30 minutes. HUGE difference between 30 minutes and 46 minutes. 9. The Mavic 1 and Mavic 2 fly very smooth. The Mavic 3 tends to have really violent jitter when you are flying and then make a minor turn. 10. No support for things like Panorama, Orbits, Waypoints. 11. The bag is way overvalued. If this thing is really worth $350 they should give an option of a hard case instead. DJI has stated some of the missing features will be provided in a "future" update. DJI does not always deliver on their promises. Until they do, do not buy this drone. -------------- Update on 3/10/2022 In January of 2022 they released an update which adds a lot of missing features which is good. However, in this release it appears they totally broke ADS-B notifications. Manned aircraft usually transmit their locations via an ADS-B transmitter. The Mavic 3 has an ADS-B receiver so it can notify you if manned aircraft are in the vicinity of the drone. This feature no longer works and is a huge safety issue. I have contacted DJI Support about this problem and they refuse to acknowledge it. Until DJI fixes this problem do NOT buy this drone. This is why I have rated this drone as 1 star. It does NOT do that DJI advertises.

Can NOT use Google Play DJI go Fly App
After ordering this $5K Mavic Cine learned that DJI APP will NOT work on Android Phones, DJI fix is to install an APK File!!! I do not trust Google with my Privacy/security & certainly not an APK file from China, I needed a Drone that would put all media on my Cell immediately (I'm not looking to carry a laptop around when I have a 1300 cell phone) I have returned this to Amazon, to my disappointment Amazon Received my return but had yet to issue Refund credit, making me leary of purchasing expensive items on Amazon. I hope to change this review soon as Credit is posted & write Amazon was Hassle free, then repurchase a different drone. AMAZON DID PUSH THRU THE REFUND BUT IT TOOK MANY CALLS & DELAYS, very odd for a prime memeber & overpaying foe many items vs retail for amazon convenience. But i did get refunded An unopened item is usually hassle-free when returned not sure why this is any different
