10/10. Bought one for myself to test, loved it, then got my mom one a couple days later. I bought this because I love swimming but hate the time it takes to dry my hair afterward. Didn’t trust the other brands and was so happy to find one that catered to Black/POC women and our hair. It’s stylish for a swim cap. I used this cap every day for about 3 weeks (chlorinated pool, ocean, and saltwater pool), each time fully submerging my head and swimming regularly. I have butt-length medium box braids which all fit comfortably inside the cap with room to spare. I wrapped the braids around my head then put the cap on - I also wore with my hair in a bun a couple times under the cap but it wasn’t my favorite. I appreciated the tight band (it wasn’t painful) because it kept the cap secure. I recommend measuring the circumference of your head and going by that, you definitely want the band to be 1-2 inches smaller. It’s very durable and I didn’t experience any tearing or other malfunction. It does get warm in the cap, sometimes sweat from inside the cap feels like water seeping in but it isn’t.Tips: pull cap down completely over your ears and about 1-2 inches below hairline for a watertight seal. Make sure your skin is clean and dry without make-up, sweat, hair product runoff, etc. otherwise the band will slip. I found that sweat from inside the cap did NOT cause slippage IF you put the cap on before that startsI also use this in the shower and for deep conditioning. It’s easy to wash and dries quickly.

I really like this product.It fits my hair comfortably, it has tough material and doesnt pull my hair very hard, even when removing it. It also dries very quickly and folds nicely to fit anywhere.There's only a few caveats, and while they're small, they're worth considering. The first is that water gets easily trapped in it, and thus needs to be emptied during laps (I do it by leaning my head forward and pulling the sides out a bit). Second, goggles dont fit very well over top of them. This might be because of my hair type (slightly lower than shoulder dreadlocks), but the hump created by the extra space for hair at the back doesnt hold goggles well over top. My solution is to just wear them underneath the cap, and it works just fine. The last is not necessarily related to this specific product, but all large swim caps. Because of the extra space for large hair, there's more air in large swim caps making them very buoyant. It feels almost like having a lifejacket on your head. There's no great solution to this, besides pushing your head down a little harder if you're doing underwater work.All in all, this is a great cap with a few caveats that stop it from being perfect. For the time being (about 2 weeks) it has held up daily moderate-high intensity lap swimming. Highly recommended.

J'étais á la recherche d'un bonnet de natation qui pouvait couvrir totalement mes dreads ( longueur sous les épaules ).Avant l'achat de celui là, j'en avais testé d'autres, mais ils ne tenaient absolument pas.J'ai beaucoup hésité avant de me lancer et le commander. Je me disais que ce serait aussi un échec et retour encore au vendeur. Le prix élevé n'était pas á négliger non plus.A la réception : Agréablement surprise par la texture.Matière en silicone épaisse et très confortable. Le bonnet s'enfile très facilement et est bien large. De plus, il descend bien sur le front.Je nage la brasse coulé. Habituellement dès que je mettais la tête sous l'eau, le bonnet glissait et finissait sa course sur mon chignon.Je m'attendais un peu à ça..... Mais réelle surprise. Il a tenu sans problème et je l'utilise plusieurs fois par semaine.Seul bémol: L'eau se faufile au niveau de la nuque et une partie des cheveux est mouillée.En ce qui me concerne c'est tout à fait supportable et j'en suis vraiment contente.Je recommande vraiment.Après je n'ai pas non plus des dreads lourdes ( piqué laché pour ceux qui connaissent)

I have type 4 medium length hair (that's in an afro) and a big head, and it still FITS. I can't believe it. Nothing fits on me!!! Very happy. It keeps my hair about 80% dry...that I'm kinda disappointed.
