I’m very prone to flushing my electrolytes and harder for me to maintain homeostatic balance. I’ve used Nuun tablets for 10+ years every single day. When my activity level is higher, I use more tablets per day. They taste great! And no chemical impurities. LOVE

I really like these tablets. I bought the Nuun Hydration Vitamins to give my water a little flavor. They taste good in almost any dilution. Sometimes I put them in 16oz, sometimes I put one in for 32oz. Blueberry Pomegranate is my favorite. The first time I bought them, I purchased teh variety pack.. The second time I just purchased the larger Blueberry Pomegranate pack. I seem to always be dehydrated, and if I know I'm sweating a lot, I drink more. But then I feel like I get an electrolyte imbalance. So I will mix this in with my water. Not only does it taste better, but it helps balance out all the water I drank without it.My complaints are: The price, seems a bit high to me, but bearable. My other two complaints is why it doesn't get 5 stars. My biggest complaint is the odd form factor. The tablets are too big to fit in the mouth of a standard water bottle. That means I have to break them in half every time. This makes a mess and leaves your fingers sticky. The second more minor complaint is how long it takes to dissolve. In cold water, you are waiting 5+ minutes for it to dissolve completely. And you do NOT want to swallow tablet fragments. They are very scratchy in your throat! Many times I just crush the tablet before I put it in the water. Then it's ready to drink in 30 seconds, but that makes an even bigger mess than breaking it in half!It would be great if they came out with a powder version of these tablets. I bet the packaging would be cheaper too. That plastic tube with the desiccant built into the top can't be too cheap.Until then, I will continue buying the tablets.
